Treebo Kingsbury Fiesta

Probably the worst hotel in Vellore. We have stayed in different hotels in Vellore; but this is the worst one ever. The hotel is located on the VIT main road and that's the only plus point. The rooms are fungal, dusty, lots of marks on the walls, dirty floors, no maintenance, thin staff, leaky windows. The bathrooms are even terrible with no windows, worn out sanitary fixtures. The complimentary breakfast is a joke with no plates, all empty serving trays. The front office says they get breakfast from a different restaurant very far from their hotel; hence we had to wait for 30 minutes for breakfast. Most of the guests went out without breakfast. All in all terrible place, to be avoided!

I booked this room trusting the Treebo brand. However the property had zero maintenance. The bathroom especially had slimy taps, it was rusted all over, the floor was slippery and not cleaned properly. As an organisation in the hotel industry business, I am sure that you know that bathroom cleanliness is a deal breaker for any person. The room itself was lacking in maintenance, walls were stained, lamps were shaky. Treebo should be careful with choosing their hotel partners. This experience has led me to think I should take a break from booking with you in the future.

The place is great and the room was comfortable. The staff was polite. The only reason I gave 4 is the mattress was not good.

Budget hotel. Poorly maintained. Front office lacking professionalism. Furniture and fixtures were of lower quality. Not recommended.

"A Stay in Comfort and Style" I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kingsbury fiesta and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable--staff members were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the bed. It was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance between softness and support. After long days of exploring the area, I looked forward to sinking into that plush haven every night. It truly made a difference in my overall experience, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready for the day. The room itself was well-appointed, with thoughtful details that made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, contributing to a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

I stayed at the time of getting my son admission to Vit.. hotel charged me exponentially 9k per night basis.. no restaurant of their own... no breakfast standard .. served late. It was like we had no choice. No other facility except room which has no view

Rooms are quite big in size. Though it is not good for family with kids to stay. 1) Morning breakfast area is just next to sewage and I just got to see while handwash. After seeing that i could not take breakfast there. 2) Only one towel was provided that too torn towel. Good that i have taken my own towel. Attached image. 3) In Bathroom, where water will stagnate which leads to slippery. 4) No tube lights working on bathroom mirror and found uncomfortable to get ready for functions. 5) 3 Liter instant Havells hot water. 6) Car parking is quite tough on mud road on rainy days on thier parking slot. 7) No bath soaps/liquid and toothpaste will be provided. You have to bring your own. 8) 2 count of 750ml water bottle is provided. Good thing is staffs are supportive and they have trolley to take luggage to your room.

Manager who may be appointed recently, has worst attitude and behavior. He does know that how to treat the guest Ambience good
