TKK Residency

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and introduced to all the services. We stayed for 6 nights and it was really good experience. Reasonably clean and good stay with respect to the price. I've already recommended to my friends. Had some worries that will the rooms look clean as seen in the photos here while booking...But exceeding my expectations it looked exactly same and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at TKK Residency for 18 days, and it was truly a home away from home! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days. The attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the property was impressive, making our stay both pleasant and stress-free. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with any requests. Thank you to the management and team for providing such an excellent experience. We highly recommend TKK Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. We'll definitely choose this place again for our future visits.

Nice room and good bed. It is good for a couple and a child. No mosquitos found. Though non AC, it is manageable with windows opened, for April heat. Walkable to CMC under 10 minutes. Cleaning and maintenance is good.

The rooms are very clean, staffs are very polite. 3min walk to town cmc hospital. Highly recommended hotel. Value for money

It is nice place to live for couple of days. Price is cheap as well. But they have to manage It in better ways. It can be more cleaned. They can provide some household stuff like soap and sampoo for their tenants.

Manager uncle behaviour is good. He is nice and helpful person. Overall rooms are clean.

THe hotel is very near to CMC hospital. Pros: 1) The hotel is very clean and tidy, it is frequently cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is spacious inside, which is an extra benifit. 2) It has in-house RO water facilility. 3) The rooms are equipped with Smart TV, I even could netflix on it. It is highly unusual at such low budget. 4) You also can cook and prepare your own meal. Seperate spacious Kitchen and dining hall with necessary arrangements are provided. 5) Mostly, the manager and the hotel staffs( specially rajesh) are extremely helpful. Cons: There are not any significant cons observed, but there will be always a room for improvement. 1) All the rooms are Non-ac. 1-2 rooms can be equipped with AC for giving comfort during summer putting additional charge for ac for those rooms. 2) Water geyser can be accommodated in the bathroom to fullfill the hot water requirment specially for the small kids. Overall, we are highly satisfied during our stay in the hotel and we definitely will repeat our stay in the same hotel in case of future arrival.

Very bad experience, nothing provided like water, towel,... No car parking, car should park in main road, if we park in main road, yours car will be puncher by shop keepers.. don't book.. very bad experience
