Symphony Inn - Vellore

We had a pleasant stay over here, well appointed rooms , good amenities and parking is also available. The housekeeping service we had was an excellent one. Bed lenin and duvet were neat and clean. Every facilities is just walkable distance One negative I had felt over here is that the room is not spacious. We recommend this hotel to everybody those who can adjust with the room space.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I booked was advertised as a "executive premium suite," but it was nothing more than a basic double room--completely misleading. When I raised my concerns, the guest relations manager, Manoj, didn't seem bothered at all and was completely unhelpful ignoring us. He also said that he lost 30000 Rs because we checked in late for room which we had already paid which means they double book rooms when we call and say we will be late. He was so rude and not at all welcoming whenever we passed through the reception. Additionally, there was no hot water during my stay, and I found cockroaches in the room. The bedding was dirty, which made the situation even worse. This hotel failed to meet basic standards, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is centrally located and good access to restaurants. Rooms are decently spacious, people are very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the reception and Mr. mahesh were very kind and supportive of our needs. They ensured our sty was very comfortable . Rooms were decent however the washrooms could use some regular maintenance. There were hard water stains which was not cleaned. Even the doors and cupboards could use some regular maintenance. With regards to the food, it was not the best I would say. On our first day of breakfast, probably because it was a Sunday and there were many guest we had a decent spread. With two varieties of chutney and idlies, pongal and poori is to order. However on the second day the same chutney was served, coffee and tea didn't taste very appealing. There was no dosas served. Even poori we had to insist on it being served fresh. This hotel has lot of potential, the owners must invest time resources and money in maintenance and work on the overall look of the hotel, it has a very good chance to become the most sought after hotel for stay. The restaurant in the ground floor is the icing on the cake, excellent food, great ambience and tasty food. A good hotel with a potential to become great!

Rooms were very different from photos...Very unpleasant Receptionist, managers and executives.. service was poor, in fact they had asked 600 Rs for lost room card. Argued with us when we asked to adjust the check in time little earlier and demanded 300 Rs extra per hour.. totally stressful stay.. overall hospitality and service was very poor.

Worst service! Room is not properly sanitised and even the bedsheets they never change they will repeatedly use the same bedsheet with the stains. If you ask them to change the bedsheets they will never do and the person will talk unnecssarily. Previous management was responsible and the current service and management is horrible. Poor service!

This is the worst hotel in vellore. Beware. Though the staff want to help. They are helpless. Room is first not sanitised and cleaned. Previous stay stains on bedsheet and the coffee marks on the tables. They are lazy to clean the room. They just say cleaned and they give. Bathrooms are super congested and not cleaned. This room is seriously a room between one star and 3 star. Thank god we did not eat food here. Parking available they say but only 2 car parking possible in the basement. Very dirty parking area. We came back tires after thirunamalai and this hotel spoiled our rest and temple tour.

heater not working properly at night time i think its genralized or solar heater whatever otherwise breakfast was nice and then nothing was in fridge water bottle also
