I had chilled beer And the restaurant guy treats only regular customers and if you are new they won't even bother with you and ask for every ten minutes bill is ready I paid via bank account scan 688 and 708 But they said amount not received Again I paid by cash I have taken their mobile phone number and told them if amount is deducted u have to pay me the travel charge too

Good rooms according to the price. Neat and clean rooms and helpful staff. They have their own veg and nonveg restaurant, food is of good taste and quality. They provide complimentary brake fast also between 7:30 am to 9:00 am. CMC Hospital is near about 2 kms. And golden temple of goddess Laxmi is around 12 Kms. away from this hotel. I enjoyed my 2 days stay in this good budget hotel.

The front desk staff was rude while checking in. They didn't honor the rate agreed while booking over the phone 5 days before arriving, so we had to pay more. They take about ONE Hour after you order coffee/Tea in the morning. Wash basin choked and leaking. Hot water for shower was not coming properly, they asked us to go to some other room and take bath! Not a standard hotel. However, breakfast was great.

The worst hotel I've ever visited. Staff are arrogant, in my opinion they're not suitable in hospitality industry. They've charged Rs. 29/- for mineral water bottle with an arrogant answer. They're not providing water in any format. They're maintaining the hotel without prooet maintenance. Room and toilet are so worst. Maybe they've facelifted the elevation recently remaining everything are from the good olden days. Except location there is nothing.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 people (all male), Checked in at 2:30AM, the rooms were neat but, there was no floor mat in the room and they hadn't cleaned the bed before handing over the keys to us and the bed was full of bedbugs and hair strands. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in it and requested the management to change it in the morning around 6:30AM, they said they'd send a person to change but, no one came to my rescue I had to sleep on the sofa. The three star rating is just for the AC,TV and the Water Heater. It would be a 5 star review if the bed cover and mattress were changed as requested.

The hotel is near to new bus stand and on the Chennai Mumbai highway. The interior of the hotel is very great with a mix of some old style. The room was wonderfully decorated with most of possible things available inside. It has a nice bed with high quality matress and a set of sofa. A mirror and a almira. The space inside is also an optimum for a couple. The most important thing about that hospitality is that they allow unmarried couples with only one govt. ID and they will never ask any question which will make you uncomfortable. The only few cons what I noticed is that the bathroom is not very rich. The taps are very old with some rust on every tap. And so you will feel little low cost place when you will be in bathroom. And the facade of the hotel is also very less maintained. They have no proper maintainable at the facade. But rest of the other thing you will find great at what you are paying them online. It also has a restaurant which serve good numbers of menu with great taste and at the basement they have made a Bar where you can get a large variety of drinks in better price. I was very much satisfied with the hospitality I received at price I paid them. A must go place for couples, families and friends.

The pictures annexed to this review gives you a full interpretation of the nature of the room. Yet, my personal view as follows. Pros. Cost effective, i booked this 3 bed room for 994 on goibibo application but for single accommodation. Mattress quality is very good. Good clear Television. Heater facility. Spacious. Large window for ventilation. Cons. Not so neet bathrooms Walls and corners were little dirty
