We had a very disappointing experience during my sister's engagement. We had booked both the room and function hall after being assured that it was a fully air-conditioned hall. However, on the day of the event, most of the AC units were either not working or functioning very poorly, making it extremely uncomfortable for the guests. To make things worse, the food was not served on time, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. The entire service was mismanaged and left us with a negative impression on such an important occasion. Despite all these issues, they insisted we pay the full amount, without any consideration for the inconvenience caused. Their service was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a special event

Today we had a very bad experience at this hotel. myself and my foreign friends waiting for the cab just in front of this hotel. A foreigner women wanted to go for toilet. She asked this reception guys they said there was no toilet in this hotel. It was really frustrating. As per government it should be mandatory to help public for sanitary. But this guys not even have humanity to do small help a women that too a foreign women Not sure what this guys are going to take. People should think twice to come and stay here at this hotel.

Worst Rooms, No hygiene in Rooms, Bathroom, mosquito and cockroaches inside the rooms. No proper cleaning. I have never seen anything like this for the past 10 years. Pls avoid taking the rooms in this property.

Rooms are a little bit costly can reduce or have discount offers for the regular customers

All facilities available, rooms are very clean and the neet, 24 * 7 hot water available, very nearest to bypass and bus stop bus stand we will come again here
