SGRT Residency Vellore - Have A Great Hospitality!..

Staffs were polite and friendly. We needed two extra beds in our room amd they gave it without any hesitation. Rooms are not much spacious but has very beautiful views of the hills

We had a great stay at SGRT, we stayed almost 20 days, staff especially Manager and house keepers are very kind, responsible and approachable. The location is away from the rolling coaster buzz, peace and silent. We highly recommend this hotel.

A neat hotel with all the basic amenities. Well maintained and ideal for families to stay. It is also close to the main city. If you have car can cut down on auto expenses visiting in and around Vellore.

Expensive for value you get. No mirror in the bathroom, the blanket was so thin that I couldn't sleep properly as it was cold at night, the door in the bathroom is old and worn out, maintenance work was going on and so they were operating machines which produced heavy noise. I was told the breakfast will be supplied at the door step between 8 and 8:30 AM but it was not provided even at 8:30 AM. After reaching out to the manager, I was told that the breakfast will be provided at 9 AM. I have never seen hotels providing breakfast at 9 AM. The staff at the reception was conveniently sitting on the roadside platform and busy talking on the phone. I didn't know he was managing the front office for about 15 min and I was waiting for someone to turn up. What an awful experience. No dustbin in the room. I was given soap, towel, and shampoo. Stay away | Stay away -- Not worth the money you pay!

Beautiful Stay, value for. Money.. Awesome stay... Infra, Cleanliness, Staff behaviour all good. If you are from other states in India or abroad.. If you don't like local food. They provide the basic kitchen for you to cook your food.. You should buy your basic raw materials like groceries, vegetables etc.. Great all should try once

There's no housekeeping staff in the hotel. Maid who is working is very rude. Manager is only manages everything and its very bad.
