Good service & Owner's nature is very good

It's a nice lodge to stay, fantastic sight view from rooftops, I really miss the whistles of different birds. Almost clean & budget friendly cost. But very unfortunate that the owner (Mr Nazeer) of the lodge is a genuine stupid, mannerless, selfish, racketeering guy, be aware of anyone planning to stay there. Specially if he offer cash/money or goods trafficking.

If budget residence is your only priority, then this new property is a clean choice and clear winner. Half as cheap as the hotels on Gandhi street, and no bedbug/rodent infestation. Non AC rooms going for $7, while AC for $14. They have power backup 24/7 and hot water. There's an auto stand just outside, so transportation is convenient. Walking distance from CMC main gate, ~10 minutes.

I had visited pkma residency in early september 2022. If I talk about the location then it is situated near old bus stand vellore. My experience about check-in was not that great because they have not followed any of the formal process like how it needs to be done. Talking about rooms then it is descent based on the price. Service was very slow.

I booked my stay in Vellore at PKMA Residency for my personal treatment. But I had a harrowing experience staying over there. The owner particularly was very rude and seems illiterate the way he behaved with us. The moment he came to know that we had to cut short our trip as my purpose of visit was almost done he behaved strangely with us. Infact he asked us to vacate his room at half past nine at night when he knew that we have a small toddler with us. He indirectly threatened us to leave as he knew that we couldn't arrange a lodge at night. We requested him with folded hands that we must be given a day so that we could move to a different lodge very next day. He kept on harassing us over phone even when we came back to room at night. If this is the behaviour of a hotel owner what can be expected from his staff. Anyway I will not suggest anyone to stay at PKMA Residemcy. Please think twice if you want to book and stay at PKMA. Residency

Not recommend, hotel environment is too disgusting ,and there is no WiFi . bed is not comfortable for sleep because it made with lower class foum if you stay one day on the bed I'm sure your body pain will be started and hotel owner behaviour is very bad like his face and hotel manager behav is good but smoth Cheater coz he toke Unnecessarily mony from us technically, like 2 train tickets service fee 800tk and c from purpose 300 tk but it's 100 only . Every hotel in vallore. and most important think service is not value of money
