Palm Tree Hotel

Biggest con- it's in a small tricky road and approaching is next to impossible with two wheelers parked indiscriminately all along the street. Had six scratches to my car before reaching the entrance. Only time you can you reach safely is after 10 pm or before 7 am. Rooms were ok. Hot water does not come before 7am.. and we had to make do with cold water. Indicated some figure while I called him- but increased when I checked in. I paid higher than discounted prices on MMT. Not a great experience. Will avoid next time.

Can't really comment on the rooms as we haven't stayed. The receptionist didn't know any language other than Tamil. Shouldn't he atleast know a bit of English atleast? There was a guy (probably the watchman), who was very disrespectful and rude. The road leading to the hotel was also extremely narrow. Problem of supply-demand issue. They don't give a damn

Affordable and decent price at a location near to Vellore fort and CMC !!! Was able to plan a short stay at this place as it was suggested by my friend You can reach this place after entering through a small street from the main road. The best thing about this place is affordability . Room cost start from 600/- and extra bed cost around 200/- . Drinking water is provided with can facility. Service was good and timely. Car parking is really spacious. Can accomodate 4-6 cars easily Thumbs up to this place

Rooms are decent for the money you pay, it costs 600 per day for non a/c and 1000 per day for a/c. You can't expect much in this hotel, budget stay if you are travelling to Vellore. Share auto is available for travel to the bus stand and katpadi railway station.

Its almost like a lodge. Stayed here during an official visit. A below average and an old hotel. The pathway to the hotel is very narrow and it'll be very hard if you are taking a car there. The parking facility is not adequate since more than 2 cars can't be parked at a time. The hotel is a little nearby to the old bus stand. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, AC worked well and was good. The service was good but could be better. For Rs. 1000 per day per person it's a decent stay.

Main location and walkable distance to bus stand. They have a very limited car parking so we need to check before arrival. Can call the updated mob no on google. Early morning and late night arrival or departure by our own vehicle is good. Other timings can't drive easily inside the street.

Very bad experience of this hotel. I booked an A.C. room. The room which shown to me, before booking was nice , but when I made payment they gave me this room no.307 , when I objected, they told no that room is executive room and... Some how I checked in this room. In the night, when I come to my room, I found A.C. 's condensate water line is dripping water in bathroom. It was really an ugly situation when you are using toilet. Even the flushing cistern is not working. I pour water by bucket. When I complain about this in morning, they don't feel any sorry for that. I told the manager, that you must refund some amount, due to this inadequate room , he didn't acknowledge. Not recommended for stay.
