OYO Flagship 61202 City Towers

Rooms are dirty, bedsheet were dirty. They don't change bedsheets. I got scammed here for being payed money online though OYO app. They don't accept online payment, and the worst part is unresponsive OYO customer care service. No receptionist at the counter, the property is managed by a caretaker who himself remains half of the time absent. This hotel is located in a dark lonely street which could easily attract criminals. Not suitable for family. Mostly shameless couples come to this place.

This hotel is a scam. They cheat people. When I went there, the gate was locked. I contacted the manager then he sent a person who was caretaker of the hotel. I had already paid the full amount (about Rs. 3000 via OYO) at the time of booking but was denied being entering, he rudely told that they are not accepting online booking and payment. I had again payed the same amount then only I got a room. Guess what! The room was dirty. Blood stains I found on bedsheet, cobwebs on windows, mosquitoes all around.

Even 1 star is so much grace for this filthy hotel. No receptionist at the hotel or an incharge looking after guest. The boy who's working there gave some numbers and the numbers are either not working or no one is picking up. Denied room upon online payment of 6k which is not at all worth for this filthy place and saying there is no availability. Worst service ever in an hotel. Don't even try to book it. Stay at bus stand or railway station which is thousand times better.

Cockroaches everywhere, bedsheets were totally dirty with blood and unidentifiable other liquids. Disgusting, no Wi-Fi available and they wanted another charge for cleaning... didn't look clean anyway. Don't book this hotel it's gross!

An average Oyo hotel located slightly inside from the main road, opposite to VIT. Had absolutely no reception on the mobile, because of the location. Room was okay for a night's stay or two. Had safety concerns for the vehicle in parking. Staffs were courteous, but that didn't help the experience. And the road leading to the hotel is not good.

Worst experience during booking it has shown that rooms are available and payment was also completed but when we reached their they are saying no rooms available.Oyo helpline and oyo website is a joke

1)This is my worst experience with any hotel. 2) I would suggest to never book this hotel to anyone. 3) They doesn't even give any basic amenteies

Worst poor 1st of all they asked to cancelle the booking and pay them.directly after.getting the room the room was so.local I suggest Oyo not to.spoil the name ..... With the same facility providing all.over v disappointing experience
