OYO Flagship 48488 Vrms Residency

Very worst before talking smoothly after paying the money he's told only 12 hours check out. a small school child stayed here the next day He wanted additional charges for next day rent not even child sympathy immediately 36 kids check out the room. Nobody booked these hotel rooms here cheating your money for a 12 hour check out

The worst hotel experience I had in my life. Owner literally fought with me for silly reason. I checked in at morning 6 o'clock and I clearly told the owner that I'll checkout at 11 o'clock next day. The deal was done in 2200 inr. But then in night 10 o'clock the owner came n start fighting with me for if I stay after 6 o'clock I have to pay one day charges again. He literally shouted on me. Then I told him if u behave like this I have to call the police. After that he brought some local people. And was not ready to listen. Tv , AC, gyzer nothing was working. If u have to come vellore please pre book any good hotel. Specifically VIT students who are coming to join college. It's not a hotel. It's a zoo... Where in ground floor they have Peigons and in rooms they have cockroach and mosquitoes. This kind of people are weight on earth. They are curse for society.

Very very worst residency in Vellore they cheat money from customers they didn't give proper response to the customers My humble suggestion please don't choose this hotel you have so many good hotels in vellore I didn't know why still Oyo will continue bussiness with is kind of people because of this Oyo name will spoil every where.

Worst ever rooms ,staff is totally bad here they do teach u rules according to there wills , It's so expensive as per the facilities it's not worth ,in entry it's like zoo one should not visit here go and try to book any good hotel before thinking to come here , I had a bad experience here

Very bad experience at reception and from staff. Rude behaviour. Pls don't go there. I book thru Oyo. When I reached there, with family, reception staff was yelling at me, saying that, they are not part of Oyo. They told me that they give me room on a higher price. I lost my money and peace of mind. Rooms are smelly and dirty. Family peoples please don't go there. Finally, I decided to take some good rooms outside.

One of the worst OYO rooms i have seen my life time, Staff is very rude and attitude. They dont even care/see when you show the OYO Booking to them. They said they dont have tie up with any OYO. Also premises is very very very very bad. I suggest all that, even by mistake also, don't ever book any room in this VRMS Residency. Its better to stay on road/platform instead of staying in this premises. Not sure why OYO is not kicking this place/residency out of their list and spoiling their reputation unnecessarily.

Rates are too high n their maintainence is very very poor . No clean bedsheets , untidy n smelly rooms , worst in cleanliness , no tv or wifi services were provided . Road connectivity is very poor .

Worst place, won't recommend this.. the rooms were not clean.. the rooms did not have mattress and when asked the receptionist was drunk and did not give.
