Good place to stay in vellore. Centrally located reasonable rates neatly maintained. Hot water lift facility available. Only flaw is no bell to call room service. 4 to 5 Cars can be parked. Disable friendly ramp available. Mostly nothing shortfall appears except room service can be improved. No restaurant

Talk about bad service, awful attitude and racism mixed in one basket - this hotel's owner is at the epitome of it. Booked a deluxe room at this hotel. It was all good until we checked in. Instead of a deluxe room, we were given a standard room. The window of this room opened right at the entrance and balcony of the building next to it! When we asked for the deluxe room that we had booked, the hotel owner simply refused to give us that room and told us to leave if we didn't like the standard room that was given to us. Reason? Nothing! No discussion! Had to negotiate with the OYO customer service person for about half an hour to get them to cancel this booking. Finally, when the hotel owner refused to even talk to the OYO manager at Vellore, OYO understood that we have been duped and thankfully transferred us to another hotel. Please save yourself the hassle and refrain from booking this hotel.

The hotel is good & clean. Services are friendly. Has a terrace to spent some non-electronic time to appreciate the beauty of night sky. Only issue is parking of 4 wheelers. Doesn't have a proper way to get 4 wheelers inside the hotel's parking lot

Absolutely awesome experience we have here. Me and my mother was there for her treatment in Vellore CMC & we stayed here for the night. The rooms are spacious, clean and well arranged. Parking place is available. Bathroom was absolutely clean. Running hot and cold water was available in the taps 24x7 . The staffs were well-mannered and very much co-operative. They allow me to be in room even till after 2hrs. from my check out time. The location is also pleasant and easy to find. It's at merely 15 minutes walking distance from Vellore CMC. If you are planning to be in Vellore for medical treatment in CMC or any other purposes, you can readily choose this place without any hesitation. Being a well experienced local guide, I strongly recommend this place as one of the best budget accommodations in Vellore...

i have stayed in this property from march 16th to 17th (1 night) with my parents and kid during my visit to golden temple. Excellent service... friendly staff. Very clean room....Very caring. Arranged the logistics at door step...gave information on site seeing....I will definitely refer to my colleagues and relatives.

Hotel is decent and budget type. Car parking available. Problem is hotel location is showing wrongly in the map. Do call the hotel before reaching for knowing the location. Pricing is higher in oyorooms or agoda, probably can check in at hotel directly to get discounted rates. Overall an average hotel which you can opt if you want to just stay and move on.

I am here for the second time. Last time when i came it was newly started. But still it lacks few facilities. They dont have their own kitchen , staffs are friendly but seems they are new to this business. Overall its good in budget hotels.

Decent place to stay. Location is really good as this is in the midst of a main street shopping area. Rooms are compact but good. People are friendly and helpful at the front desk. There are a few restaurants in 15-20 minutes walk radius.
