The hotel is in walkable distance from CMC. Neat and clean. Good complimentary breakfast. The hotel staffs are well behaved. Overall a pleasant stay. Would suggest other people to go for if they are looking for a calm and good stay.

This is a terrible place, where the staff does not know the first thing about hospitality or service. I was first told there is no room, despite being able to boom online (as it was rather late in the night, i didn't have much of a choice). After that they refused to give me a bill. While the rooms themselves aren't the worst, this is one of the worst experiences i have had with hotel staff in my life - DO NOT make the mistake of staying here.

I stayed there for about 10 days. Bed bugs, No drinkable water, No kitchen. One fridge for whole facility and limited space. I have Very bitter and disturbing experience because of the receptionist Mr Barakat Ali. He's a foul mouthed arrogant aggressive individual. I don't recommend anyone going there.

i had really bad experience during our stay.. not good for a family stay.. I had booked a stay for 1 day last week.. it was horrible..staffs were not at all welcoming... I have paid extra for breakfast ..but the staffs refused to give food for the child..the stupid reason they told was as per their policy child food is not included.... rooms were so tiny that we could not put our feet outside the bed..not at all matching with the pics displayed.. din have any geyser facilities..

Nice hotel in walkable distance from CMC vellore. We stayed in studio room which was spacious and well ventilated. Service is very good and staffs are very cooperative. Special mention to Mr Barkath Ali who helped us out of the way by couriering the important documents which we had forgotten in our room while checking out.. Overall very nice stay and very satisfied with the hotel

Please dont book this hotel. The room only good but lots of problem. No Parking space, we have to round and cross road. Most of hotels didnt request for cform for foreigners but this hotel insisted a lot and collected extra money and didnt inform in advance and asking upon arrival only. They dont even provide extra water bottles for customers. Very Bad Service.

Had a recent trip to Vellore, thank you for making my stay comfortable and pleasant at M Square Hotel. The stay at Hotel was good, staffs were supportive and had a kind behaviour. Special mention of housekeeping and cleaning services which were up to the mark. Rooms are clean. And the behaviour of the Housekeeping Ma'am was polite and respectful.

Arun is a dedicated and hard working person. He is always ready to help. And whenever you will ask him to clean the room he will do.
