The rooms are amazing. Very standard for this price point. I stayed there for close to 11 days and for 1800 a night, the rooms were good. The location is also good, just a 10 rupees auto ride away from CMC main gate. The only issues are staff being unable to speak in hindi or english. Hence, I didn't receive any services from them. Lastly, the behaviour of staff and owner was not polite. It was just professional/transactional.

It might seem a little far for people who come to take treatment at CMC, a 12-15 min. walk or a Rs.10 shared auto ride from the hospital. But other than that, it's a very comfortable place to be, specially for those who like to have some openness and quiet regarding their accommodation, away from the crowding and hustle that most of the lodges have near CMC. The owner and staff are very cooperative and well behaved too. And also don't give too much trouble asking to update rent too frequently. Pls come with your own slippers/sandals, towels, soap (only free for AC room ;)) and shampoo though. 1st & 2nd floor - AC 1300, Non AC 900, 3rd floor AC 1500 (hill view) until Sep 2024. Highly recommended for people whose budget approves.

I am quite happy that i stayed in this place . I almost spend seven days in vellore for the checkup in cmc vellore . Rooms are absolutely best compared to other lodge . Budget friendly room with ac/non -ac facility. Proper neat and cleaning is also done twice a day . It also has proper scenic view with providing cloth hanging balcony. I had little bit language barrier with staff . But they were humble and kind towards their customers . They also arranged us a vehicle to Chennai for our departure .In the end best lodge experience ever . I rate this property 10/10

Location wise it's good, a bit distant from CMC. Only the fact is they provide us with an Indian toilet which was not suitable for my mother. The behaviour of the staffs were good . Before going there make sure that they have western toilet attached room.

JAI BHARATH RESIDENCY It is located in arcot road near old bustand and only 500 m away from CMC HOSPITAL and exactly opposite to DHINA THANTHI office. They have both AC and NON AC rooms .Its been priced 1300 rs for AC and 900 rs for NON AC per day. Rooms are compact and comfortable but bathroom is quite small. They have both INDIAN TYPE and WESTERN TYPE so choose according to your needs. Booking and check-in is very simple process and staffs are quite friendly. They do not have any check in and check out timing limit, so it is between the 24 hours of your check in timing which is appreciable. Car parking facility is available . Hot water facility is available . Lift facilty is available. Wifi facilty is also available. They provide bathroom kit as soap and shampoo only. Water bottle is not provided but they have can water facility . They mainly do not provide towels which I personally don't like but they have their reason for that, so make sure to carry your own towel for the stay. The other thing which is don't like is their TV service. You can only switch channels between the free channels ( mosltly news channels and kalaigner TV ) not any single paid channel ( sun music , vijay tv etc ). Cleanliness is not that great but it is ok . The bedsheets are little bit strained . Overall it is an adjustable happy stay .

It is a budget place to stay for a night or two, do not expect too much luxury but the rooms are clean and well maintained!!! The staff were also very friendly & accommodating!!!

We have stayed here many times from last year to visit CMC. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathroom cleanliness was the main point for our return to the same hotel. The rooms are facing a long balcony which is open to a view of the hills and not into concrete like most other buildings near CMC. Also the rates are not bad with 800 for non Ac and 1300 for Ac. But if you don't mind another 200, the deluxe rooms offer a better mattress and the hot water in the bathroom tap. The owner is friendly and around to help and the staff are very friendly too. They will get you food from nearby shops at any time and also the kitchen in ground flood is a help to cook if needed. They have 3 induction stoves and utensils for free and unlimited can water for use. Its walkable from CMC but we can also take a Share Auto for Rs.10

Rooms are pretty decent. For 2 people the room size is more than enough. The services are also good. Just misses an attached kitchen to the room, has one common at the ground floor although.
