Having visited Vellore for more than 30 years, this place used to be one of our favourite. But lately the hygiene has gone way down with minimal maintenance on cleanliness. It's sad to see a place you have grown to love staying in, turn into this unclean condition with too many cockroaches in every room. Their location is really good, if only they take up the cleanliness issue seriously, especially considering all visitors who come an stay are CMC patients and attendants, then this place could go back into its glory days as it was in the 90's. Sincerely hope Solai will change for the better once more.
