Staying in this hotel will be a worst nightmare of your life. Here you will have to pay high prices along with you will have donate your blood to infinite kind of insects they have in their rooms, more specifically in their beds, they won't allow you to sleep in the night, staying here will be huge regret. Worst kind of experience of vellore along with other bad experience that one will have to face here.

recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely appalled by the filthy conditions and abysmal service. The environment is disgustingly dirty and repulsive. They sneakily impose exorbitant charges for room service and cleaning, which they deceitfully fail to mention upfront. It's only after you're stuck in this dump that you discover their underhanded tactics to squeeze more money out of you. This place is a scam and a disgrace. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value cleanliness and straightforward service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the conditions and the service. The environment was very dirty and unpleasant. Room service and cleaning are heavily chargeable, which was not mentioned upfront. It's only after staying there that I realized how cleverly they impose these extra charges. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and hassle-free stay.

Hotel is built well but the management and the services are the worst. They don't provide you with the wifi password stating wifi is down and it will be resolved but from 8 days it's not been resolved, the hotel receptionist will not state the truth that the wifi is just for show and they do not provide you with the correct password. Hotel staff are the worst they don't change the bed sheet nor do they do the cleaning. If by chance they are gonna do it the staff will demand you money every time they do work. Pathetic service and attitude, even the management is involved in it. I would suggest not to waste your money in this hotel rather take a different hotel as there are multiple budget friendly hotel nearby.

Worst hotel that i have visited. They are actually zero on ethics. After my Father's discharge from CMC hospital I booked a double bed Ac delux room which was confirmed over phone, they offered me 1 room non ac room. After my resistance they behaved so wierd and arrogant. I had to left the hotel and have to take my post operated father to another hotel and checked in.

No maintenance of rooms, windows don't open or shut, fans run slow, bedsheets are very old and with various patches, stray hairs even though these are washed. Service boys always want money but not available for boarders' minimum necessity. It took 3 days to rectify the loose connection of my room TV. Sweeping staffers are not available everyday, if available, it is after 1 p.m. and of course, want money. But the location of the lodge is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from CMC main gate. The reception staff are well behaved and the ambience is very friendly.

Very worst hotel although near CMC hospital. Won't accept debit/credit card . Doing fraud for the tax. Room and bathroom was not clean. Even bed sheet was not clean. Maids are worst always asking for money for hotel room and bathroom cleaning.if you complain about them they will come to hotel room and fight with people.Dancing in front of men for money who are not staying with the family. This hotel is not suitable to stay with family. People staying there drinking and smoking.
