I stayed two days for a business purposes in studio room so I share my experience here: 1. Very near to highway so you might face some disturbance. 2. Rooms conditions is old without a maintenance with dull brightness of light's. 3. Studio rooms only suitable for solo travelers so it's not recommended family 4. Studio rooms getting less attention of cleanliness and maintenance comparing with smart rooms. Mirror light's and night lamp not working 5. Room service available only in day time 6. No restaurant 7. Nearby no non veg restaurants 8. No ventilation in the bathroom Pros: 24x7 hot water Breakfast option

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful.Hotel was very clean as well as the room.Though we didn't spend much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay. The extra special - plus point for this hotel is their restaurant in the ground floor! Food was yummylicious, out of the world taste for us. Breakfast was provided for free, but the menu were just basic south Indian items - not much of varieties to choose from. We will never forget our 3 days stay at Vellore merely because of the delicious lunch and dinner that we had at this hotel-restaurant! Kudos to their team, please keep up your good job!!!

I booked directly by paying Rs. 2100 but not worth it. Better you can try their new imperial hotel in near to court!

First of all, don't believe their property online photos. Those were likely taken right after renovations, but now the entire property is in an outdated condition.||I booked two rooms online and called in advance to request that both rooms be on the same floor, preferably next to each other. However, the receptionist carelessly said they couldn't confirm anything in advance and told me to ask at check-in. |So When I arrived at the hotel with two elderly people who were there for treatment, no one came to open the door or help with the luggage. No one welcomed us; even the security guard was just casually chatting with someone. I don't know what the point of having security was.||After entering the reception area, I showed my booking and again asked for both rooms on the same floor. But, he said all the rooms were full and it wasn't possible. So they allotted us one room on the second floor and another on the third floor. Anyway, I couldn't do anything, so I accepted the rooms.||But another disappointment followed. The floors in the rooms they gave us had only been swept with a broom, not mopped, and the walls were covered with dust. The floors were stained and sticky. I informed the receptionist about this, but he said the housekeeping team wasn't available then and they will clean your rooms by tomorrow.||Additionally, the TV remotes and windows were broken, the intercom worked poorly, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.||Overall, it felt like a 2-star hotel in poor condition. I came in a good mood, but they spoiled my mood and disrupted my plans. At the very least, they need to focus on maintenance and cleanliness.||I rarely give bad reviews to hotels, but this is the first time due to such an unpleasant experience.||Tip: Always check photos posted by recent visitors, because the photos uploaded by property management are often taken when the property is new. Relying only on official photos might lead to disappointment.

I booked two rooms for CMC treatment so based on my experience so I give my full review here!||The hotel staff's are not well-groomed. Especially, night staff's are rude and there is no manager or supervisor in the reception.||Bathroom floors and walls are dirty condition. Even, taps are covered with salt content and shower not working. Also the rooms are darker because some of light's not working. Surprisingly they are not aware the same so it's showing they're not maintaining the room's.||I taken studio room and smart room. Studio room, which is in corner side but it's not suitable for family because of room size and bathroom don't have ventilation system. Also there is no extra lock provided in the main door.||Only two advantages available, one is near to highway and another is breakfast in the hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience The staff was rude. Due to low customer footfall, it felt like they were trying to extract as much money as possible from every guest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is worth the money you pay and front office staff are good in every aspect. Rooms are well maintained and even the helper staff are really good. Without any hesitation they are ready to work at any time. Kudos to the management

Those who give 5-star ratings to this hotel are likely first-time for hotel's or those who have availed of heavily discounted rooms like around 1,200. Because the entire property lacks of proper maintenance. While they attract guests with decorative lights on the outer walls, but the interiors are darken due to insufficient lightings. Bathrooms and floors are dirty and stained. Staying at this hotel could lead to skin problems or illness due to poor hygiene. This is particularly concerning as many guests book this hotel for treatment at CMC, but the cleanliness of bedsheets, pillows, and bathrooms is questionable. I booked 2 days for me and client but we forced to checkout within 1 day because of poor room service and cleanliness.
