HOTEL SMS GRAND IMPERIAL VELLORE

It's newly built hotel but property infrastructure was poor. The rooms size are good and also, only one socket was available to charge the phone's. But the bathroom was bad and there is no proper ventilation facility, so the bad odour always WELCOME you when you open the bathroom door even the smoking smell also come. During the stay hot water not coming in the tap so when I complaint but they not care. There is no restaurant and breakfast time is 8:00AM to 9:00AM only which is not comfortable and rush the guests because most of hotels give breakfast time is 7:30AM to 10:00AM. There is no manager in the hotel. Night time you will get disturbance due to some noises. It's okay to pay 1400 per day without breakfast. But not worth it more than the amount because of poor amenities and room service.

At this price I would say they have a good basic room but few basic amenities are missing (hot water kettle, mosquito repellent). Location is good and they have ample parking space. I complaint about loud music being played from a room in my floor even at 12 in the night and no action was taken. Hotel has no restaurant or even basic room service.

Been to this hotel earlier. I called them again to book on 6th May. One rude fellow from reception didn't even care to ask my name, how many days I have to stay, he just said he'll send me QR code for advance payment. He just dropped the call immediately. I called again' to give my details, he said he can't give the room. Hospitality my foot

Very worst hotel. Full mosquito in hotel. Not igenic rooms and not clean. Staffs expecting money for every time. Front room full cigarette smell and noise. The person name not sure but he is manager he is very rude. Moreover I paid 2.k for delux room it's not at all worth. For families I will not suit.

Best hotel in vellore. When I visit vellore ,all the time I visit this hotel only .They are very polite and kind . Such a good service and a clean room they are very friendly .

This hotel is good mainly for highway night stays . 2 min drive from Chennai - Bangalore highway. I booked through to make my trip as direct booking was expensive . Try online booking in any app. Suitable for family stay also. They have a separate car park also. Overall satisfaction for the money paid .

We check-in at 6 PM and went to temple and came after at 10Pm.we asked about the morning breakfast timing, they said breakfast is complimentary. Morning they asked to have breakfast, after breakfast they asked us to pay 450 rs for 3 ppl for breakfast We think It's a trick they playing to get money If anyone booking room please confirm about the "complimentary breakfast" Manager is rude
