Very bad service. Room charges for rs 3800. They are having damage charges for everything. They charged rs 2000 for bedsheet being damaged. No service at all. Mosquito full. Charging for every water bottle also. Room cleaning done only after asking. Wifi also on demand only. Complimentary breakfast is very bad. No variety at all. Restaurant closes till 9.30 in d morning. Food available only til 10p.m at night. After that no service. Even dental kit given only after asking. No geyser available. No hot water available. This hotel is cheat. Don't book and waste your money. Parking also not convenient. No place at all. Went with my mother in law who is a senior citizen and physically challenged we asked for a pillow and blanket. They refused to give for her. Such a bad service I have never seen anywhere. Nobody in hotel knows tamil. I wil give only negative stars for this hotel. Fraud hotel. Never stay here.

This property is worth to stay, rooms are so good and bigger. I liked it much. Except the bath fittings it's old but still it does make issue, hotel has to look into it Overall experience is Good

Very luxurious near and clean room delicious breakfast spread... highly recommend all whoever visiting vellore warm welcome by front desk staff thank you for your hospitality

Our trip was excellent because of the service here. Rooms were very clean and serviced daily. I would like to mention the staff who were outstanding especially Pappu and Aleena. Best staff.....

Nice place to stay. Just need separate room for smoking. Keep it up Hotel Royal Grande. Next time i will visit again and stay. Thank you
