Hotel Mount Paradise

The hotel looks worn out with time. But the vibe is soooo good. The swimming pool there is super clean. You'll know that this hotel had very good times in the past, sad to see it dying slowly. The old housekeeping staffs were very sweet though they didn't talk much. They are operating with limited rooms though they have numerous rooms. This hotel has the potential to be a landmark in Vellore.

Worst hotel, should never even try for this. You will be welcomed with dirty bedsheets and mosquitoes will trouble you throughout the night. Poor customer service. The price is also not worth the rooms. Washrooms are also dirty, the water coming from the taps is filled with sand. Also when the receptionist realised that our car broke down and we did not have any other option, the price of the room suddenly increased.

I booked room last week . But I stayed in My car only in night because of I handed over the my room to mosquitos. TV not working There is no Netlon Poor maintenance

No proper maintenance of electrical sockets. No proper functioning of AC. Pathetic condition of toilet. No proper mugs and bucket. If there would have been zero rating, I would have given that. The name suited for this hotel is "Mosquito Paradise". Lots of Mosquitoes. Can't even sleep properly. Totally disappointed.

Awesome location. Only few regional channels with very poor picture quality. No hindi channel. Spent the time without TV. Request to checkout earlier was denied. Average quality of food. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. AC was fixed at a certain temperature. Not worth money.

Hotel has not got upgraded!! 1) Lift normally in OFF condition. Don't think it will work 24 hours!! 2) Cable connection they have given local connection!! 3) Complimemtary breakfast available - idly, pongal & methu vadai... Other items can be ordered - Continental / Indian / Veg or Non Veg 4) Water colour is yellowish, not so nice!! 5) Ambience & room condition ok 6) Swimming pool available, but i didn't go!

The rooms are spacious. The room also have a TV (the old cathode ray tube type) However the bedsheets, pillow covers were found with stain marks. Of course it looks like these were cleaned. The bathroom bucket also was not clean and needs to be replaced. The electric socket in the room was broken. Considering the cost and facilities, it is just about average.

Phone does not work.Never stay in this hotel. This can never be improved. No remote for AC. Bathrooms are leaking. Flush not working. Wall clocks are working. Waiters will ask for tips at every junction. Rooms are stinking.
