Hotel Aavanaa Inn

We stayed there for one night while visiting CMC. The hotel is dated but the lobby and outside is maintained well. The inside of the rooms is very old and the place has a major roach/water bug problem. When I opened the bathrooms door at night it was full of these bugs which was disgusting. I also saw the roach problem in the dining area. It's 50% of the cost of Radisson but IMO not worth dealing with the cleanliness issues. Redeeming things were the proximity to CMC and the staff were very friendly.

Cleanliness not maintained properly, the blanket was so dirty and they don't bother to even change as my all body was itching. Shower and the door bell were not functioning. No intercom and no TV channels. There is a long list

Hotel is not good. All the rooms are bad,Because of bathroom in bathrooms tap leaks, no remote for AC, dinning halls smells a lot , bar at reception and drunken people moves there, very very terrifying,horrifying, bad hotel. "Do not visit here for a night" .

Lot of bugs. Fittings and furnitures are very old and dirty. They only have good restaurant, lobby and good location.

Very nice location for those who are here for CMC Visit, But very poor room cleaning service and amenities. Dirty Water pot provided. Room service people's excuses every time for non availability of linen. Other Staffs are good but Very unprofessionals Even after multiple complain at about 3 or 4 pm time they come for room cleaning. They provided dirty or may be used towel. Be ready to meet cockroaches here in room. We faced water Leakage basin waste pipe with mossy surface. Location is no dought good

I recently stayed at Hotel Aavanaa Inn, and it was a horrific experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was appalling. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and a strong, unpleasant odor. The bathroom was in disrepair, flush not functioning, no hot water, the noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to get any rest. This stay was far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. I strongly advise against staying here. However, I made a gentle remark and did complain about the poor housekeeping services. They seem to have taken my remarks positively and responded better service next time. Perhaps, to cool me reduced 10 % of the bill which I passed on to the security who were reasonable well behaved and courteous!

As such, this room is a little costly, there are total four restaurants in this hotel, a road side veg restaurant, a veg restaurant on the ground floor which is very good, a great bar on the ground floor, and a very nice non veg restaurant on the roof AC non AC both , This hotel is located on the main road of the hospital, very close to the gate from which the bus departs for Ranipet. If it is said from the beginning that the room is occupied for a few days, then the rate is adjustable. Over all staff is good and co-operative. THIS Hotel IS HEAVEN to those who like to eat a little.

I experienced very badly, and room maintenance is very poor and for the price too high. Totally waste of this hotel room booking. Please consider booking a room before in this hotel.
