Gaurang Mall

I strongly advise against staying at Gaurang Mall. It's a complete waste of money and energy. Here are the reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. **Poor Staff Behavior:** The staff, especially the manager, are extremely impolite and unhelpful. 2. **Lack of Basic Amenities:** There is no drinking water facility available. 3. **No Service:** There are no service boys to assist with any needs. 4. **No WiFi:** There is no WiFi provided, which is quite inconvenient. 5. **Unclean Bed Sheets and Pillows:** The bed sheets and pillows are not tidy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. 6. **Dirty Washrooms:** The washrooms are not clean, adding to the unpleasant experience. 7. **Unsanitary Utensils:** The provided mug and bucket are in poor condition and not fit for use. 8. **Pungent Odor:** There is a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. 9. **Exorbitant Prices During Peak Hours:** During peak times, such as the start of the academic year or convocation day, the prices are excessively high and not worth the quality of the rooms. Based on my experience, I recommend searching for other lodging options nearby. Even giving one star would be too generous for this place. My stay was awful and highly unpleasant.

Cot is too bad it is damage I'm sleeping on the floor The restroom is not clean & readiness It looks pathetic and the cost is very high 1300 not worth the money they found not provided a water bottle,oral kit & grooming kit or towel never next time I not come again really disappointed

If this is last option, then again rethink before selecting.(Even if given at 800) Not a worth Such a pathetic rooms, like old govt hospital twin sharing room. No water, dirty bathrooms etc

Rooms are decent but no power backup facilities, arrogent owner and rude behaviour, I stayed there for 4 months. And he charged me unnecessary money. Not recommended at all.

Pretty decent place to stat. We have taken a room for 800 for 2 for a night...which is okay for what we get in there. Don't expect much out if it. Main plus points are food places are very near by and it's near the main gate of VIT campus. Students budget friendly place. I would not suggest for ppl seeking comfort or luxury or high hygiene.

Worst! I was told by manager to cancel my booking from MakeMyTrip which had discounted rates and book room offline at unreasonable tariff set by them (3000 for 3 bedded AC room) or else room wouldn't be alloted. Staff was very arrogant and didn't even provide basic amenities which other hotel does at this price. Room and bed was of decent size but bedsheets weren't even fitting into the bed. Room was not prepared well before checking in, had to ask for blankets throughout the day couple of times. Blankets were finally provided by the security gaurd at night after the staff vacated the hotel. Not recommended on account of unfair charges, unprofessional staff, lack of amenities.

According to it's cheap price, the room quality and service is justified Rooms are very small in size and quality of rooms also not that good but again nothing more can be expected at such cheap prices.
