Review for Fortune Park - A Wonderful Stay! Our stay at Fortune Park was absolutely marvelous! From the warm welcome to the beautifully maintained rooms, everything was perfect. The food services were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious dishes. A special mention to Sarbeshwar, who made our dining experience even more delightful with his attentive and friendly service. His dedication truly stood out, making every meal enjoyable. A big thank you to Anwar, the housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless and ensuring a comfortable stay. Also, appreciation to Piyush, Pratima, Dipali, Trisha and Ayush at the reception for their warm welcome, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality. The hotel's ambiance, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the comfortable stay or the exceptional food, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended for a memorable and luxurious stay!

I stayed at Fortune Park Vellore on 24th and 25th April 2025, and what I experienced was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I walked in around 6:45 PM on the 24th, the hotel set a disappointing tone -- the lobby and hallways were stiflingly humid, reeking of dampness and poor maintenance, with no air conditioning in sight. It felt like stepping into a rundown motel, not a supposedly premium property. Room 210 was given to me -- and what a pathetic excuse for a room. I've stayed in budget lodges with better amenities. You get four tiny 500mL water bottles -- laughably insufficient in this heat. No laundry bag, just a sad plastic tray. Need to jot something down? They offer a scribble pad and a pencil with a broken lead. When I called guest services and asked for a basic pen, I was told, "Sir, we only provide pencils." What sort of joke is this establishment running? Now the worst part: the air conditioner in the room didn't work. At all. The airflow was so feeble, I had to place my hand on the vent just to check if it was turned on. I raised the issue with guest services -- they acknowledged it, claimed they'd send help, and then completely vanished. No one showed up. Not that night. Not the next morning. Not ever. As if enduring a sleepless night in that sweatbox of a room wasn't enough, breakfast was a health hazard. The curd in the oats was spoilt and sour, and the fruits were visibly rotting -- pineapples turning brown, cut fruits oxidized and left out as if nobody cared. What a revolting spread. I wouldn't feed that to stray dogs. And the grand finale? When I checked out and detailed my horrific experience, the front desk staff smiled and said, "Thank you, sir." No apology. No concern. Just robotic indifference. This place is a disgrace to the Fortune brand. Whoever is managing this property should be held accountable for driving it into the ground. If the manager reads this and still has the audacity to keep their job, it speaks volumes about their standards -- or lack thereof. To all travelers reading this: DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. HOTEL. Spend your money at a place that respects its guests and has the basic decency to provide working air conditioning, fresh food, and a functional pen. Fortune Park Vellore -- your downfall is not a matter of if, but when. Edit: I request the hotel to stop associating itself with its parent brand, ITC to not taint the luxurious experience it promises

Good amenities. Well treated. Room was very comfortable and clean. Worth for money. Need to improve in room service. Not providing extra water bottles in case of emergency in rooms. Other than that everything was perfect and excellent...

We visited the hotel during our transit from Chennai to Bangalore. Good stay at Fortune Vellore. The facilities were good and the staff was very cordial. Shaily from the Fortune team made us really comfortable and endured we had a good stay. Thank you Team Fortune Vellore

welcoming was quite good hotel located in city centre for travelling will be comfortable nearby to railway station. Breakfast buffet was amazing enjoyed. Can be refered for the travellers. Amenities placed was more enough really enjoyed a stay

I had stayed for a week ,Love the stay the staffs were really friendly. Felt like a home my daughter always wanted to stay der...had a very good birthday bash thanks a lot unforgettable moments.. I would like to mention all the staffs over der and special thanks to front office Ms.Dipali,Mr.Rishad/ front office Manager-Mr.Jagadesh( Helped me to manage my booking at last mint that was really helpful )/ F&B- Ms.Mahalakshmi / Housekeeping- Mr.Gokul and Mr.Krishna(they kept my room clean ) in total Fantastic.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park -- the king bed was super comfy, the pillows were the fluffiest ever, and all of it came at a very reasonable price. Great comfort and value!||A special Thanks to all for all the arrangements. Highly recommend to all..

Service was too good. Staff was so patience, helpfull on every minute. Had a great time and enjoyed the pleasent stay. Expecially, Staff (Kiran) approach towards guest was soo kind and polite. Looking foward for the stay again at fortune to have the same unforgetable experience.
