Worst Experience Ever - Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent stay at FabHotel Prince Park was an absolute nightmare, thanks primarily to the mismanagement and completely unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Venkatesh. From the moment we arrived, Venkatesh made us feel unwelcome. His arrogant attitude, lack of basic hospitality skills, and total disregard for guest comfort were shocking. Any request, no matter how small, was met with eye-rolls, delays, or outright refusal. It felt like we were a burden rather than paying customers. The hotel itself is barely maintained - dirty linens, broken fixtures, and a musty smell in the room. But what ruined it completely was Venkatesh's horrible handling of every issue. Instead of resolving complaints, he argued, made excuses, and even raised his voice at one point. It's beyond me how someone like him is in charge of anything. Save your time, money, and sanity - avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options nearby that at least understand the meaning of customer service.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I had the most terrible experience at FabHotel Prince Park. The rooms were below average, the service was pathetic, and to top it all off, the management was absolutely horrible. The so-called manager Venkatesh was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Instead of resolving issues, he was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He spoke rudely and treated guests like a nuisance. Clearly, he has no idea how to manage a hotel or how to speak to customers with even a basic level of respect. The room was not clean, the amenities were broken, and the staff had zero interest in assisting. It felt like they were doing us a favor just by letting us stay there. If you care about your peace of mind, comfort, and respectful treatment, STAY AWAY from FabHotel Prince Park. It's not worth a single rupee. Worst management ever - especially Venkatesh. Absolutely disgusting attitude.

Room was not at all clean. TV was not functioning. There's no set up box, no use of tv inside the room. Bed sheets were not clean and we could see few stains on the bed sheets. Bathroom was a total disaster, it was not cleaned properly and there was foul smell coming from bathroom. Room is no where near to the shown pictures.

Stayed at FabHotel Prince Park for a few days and really enjoyed it! The staff was super friendly, especially the front desk team who made the check-in process smooth and quick. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is also convenient. Would definitely book again!

Excellent hospitality at FabHotel Prince Park! The front office supervisor and team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The customer service was top-notch. A great place if you're looking for both comfort and good service.

Room was neat and well maintained, however was not having the TV functional and phone to reach reception. While booking it was mentioned as the breakfast would be complementary, but until we reminded by morning it was served after getting from outside. No four wheeler parking is available. Have to park on the inner roads. Service needs more improvements to handle guests.

My experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The bedsheets were dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was no hot water, adding to the inconvenience. To top it off, the room we were given looked nothing like the pictures shown at the time of booking, which felt very misleading. When we brought these issues to the attention of the reception, their response was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This level of misbehavior from the staff is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

The hotel is situated in a prime location and is easily accessible from all parts of the city. The staff is polite and provides excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and offer a comfortable stay in Vellore.
