FabHotel Pranav Park - Hotel in Thottapalayam, Vellore

Very safe place for familys.CMC hospital is just 2km from here, and this hotel is near to bus stand walkable only, The whole team were there for us to help to locate the place where we have to go, arranged transportation,and helped us in many ways. Thank you so much

I had travelled with my parents for my mother's treatment at CMC. Stayed here for more than 10 days , and I must say that everything here was impeccable. The property was located near the main road and rickshaws were easily available. Every staff members we encountered, were hospitable and friendly. They always went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and were cleaned every day. All the basic amenities like electric kettle, tea bags, milk powder, sugar, soap, shampoo, towel were provided. Breakfast was complimentary, but it was the same every day. The overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with families.

Neat rooms with all basic amenities. But the room I stayed is a bit small for double occupancy. One more disadvantage is the road where the hotel is located is too low from the main road and you have to be careful when you approach the hotel road with your car and then you realize that you have to park the car in a narrow lane.

Please don't book this hotel, just looking on the photos they have on website. Hotel is somewhat good but not good for business or leisure travel. They don't have restaurant there. You will not get even a cup of tea or coffee, in case you need. Food has to be ordered from outside or you have to go out and have. Though, there is few good restaurant available near by. Breakfast they bring it from outside that also only idly and Vada. In breakfast also they don't serve tea or coffee. Rooms are very small and congested. you may hit bed or table while walking in the room. Only good about this hotel is its Location. Its very near to highway.

This property is new one, they have maintained very neat and clean, Rooms are peaty good and clean. and this is located opp to new Bus stand and it located in prime location. one thing i feel bad morning Hot water is not available in my room its dissepiment since they have installed only solar heater there is no geyser. room service also poor. over all the property is Good.

I stayed with my family a week ago and the room was really neat and clean. Bathroons were sparkling white with hot water available whenever you need. Size of the room was small but anyway we are not come to stay here whole day. I got better discounts after speaking to them directly instead of booking through any website. There is no restaurant inside but the staff will help you to buy or you can also order through swiggy etc. After all it is pretty accommodation very close to vellore new bus stand (walkable distance) at a decent price

A decent hotel very near to bus station and railway station in Vellore city. Rooms are maintained clean (being a new hotel may be the reason and expect that it would be maintained in the present form). Located close to busy junction is a plus but at times the traffic is so heavy that one would find it difficult to approach the main road from the small lane in which the hotel is located.

It's a good hotel, very clean and courteous staff. 2 issues, 1st is the lane where it's at is narrow and bad road and 2nd is please don't go for with Breakfast option as they don't have breakfast of their own, they will give idli and wada parcel which we didn't like.
