DP stay

We just arrived here as a family of 20 and all I can say is that even though the rooms are spacious and well good looking, the maintanence is pretty bad. We just spread the bed on the first room only to find buts and clusters of dirt on it, the pillows were also dirty and unclean. The bed in the bedroom had some stains on it, the switch outlet looks like it had gone through damage, There is not hot water for bathing, The receptionist is not picking up from the room telephone, the kitchen counter is also stained, tiles are not proper, bathroom looks like it has been unused for a few months, The bedsheets have hair on them along with stains, and there is an odd smell from the mini fridge, one of the lights are not working. There are some advantages such as hair dryer in the bathroom, AC in both rooms, Plates and bowls are provided, along with glasses and a tray. Not that recommended but it is good. Just OK.

We have stayed here in the past and it was good experience. However, this time it was a very disappointing experience. Except for the only positive of spacious rooms, # There was electricity passing through water in bathroom, so you have to first fill the bucket and then only use it # Heater for hot water was not working # Spider webs under the bathroom sink # When they changed us from one of Ow to another, we were asked to take the towels and toiletries. It was as if we were only renting room without any room service. Big disappointment Overall sad to see a very convenient stay option becoming very questionable to consider for future stays. Hope the management takes notice and improves the quality of room service and maintenance.

Stayed here for 4 days, not a good experience. The rooms are like suits, one hall with attached kitchen facilities and a bed room with attached rest room. I could see a good amount of efforts in building this facility, but unfortunately there's not much maintenance. The people working here seems to be advised to manage customer complaints just giving excuses instead of fixing it. I have complained about the TV problem in the room, but it was not fixed until we vacate the room after 4 days. Luckily the AC in the rooms were working, but with condensation water seeping inside the room. No restaurant facility, you need to order outside. Rest rooms are not maintained, the water flow is very slow and you need to wait 5 minutes for a bucket of water. Forget about using the shower. Wifi facility is available, but it is very slow you can't use it for working purpose. Not worth for the money we are paying.

We had bulk booked multiple rooms for a family function. It was a decent stay with separate living room and bedroom. The rooms were clean and every room had RO drinking water. We liked the silent location with essential shops nearby. However, they could improve in cleanliness in bed linen and blankets for sofa cum bed in the living room. Also some rooms ran out of hot water very soon. Hope the management corrects these issues.

I went to Vellore for my son's admission. I chose this hotel to stay from MMT. I stayed at DP stay with my family. This apartment is 2.5 KM from VIT. But good place to stay with family. There is a restaurant next door but closed since covid. There is also a common room with the room. Cleanliness is good. But it is necessary to have renovation in the bathroom. The kitchen is for self service. Nice place to stay with family. A bit expensive considering the location.

This is a new apartment style hotel. Very neat and clean. Stayed there for two days. The stay was very comfortable. It is really worth more than the tariff they are charging. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. But, just on the ground floor, there is a restaurant. The food was just OK. The staff in the Lodge was courteous and the service was good.

The hotel is good to stay. Each room can accommodate 4 members. A 4 member family can stay happily. The room is provided with Oven, Bread Toaster, Water Purifier, Lunch Plates & Spoons. Only one bad is the hotel doesn't have a Restaurant, have to get food from outside either thru Swiggy or Zomato.

They provide a living room and bed room. The room which I had stayed has television in the living room. We can have the facility of microwave oven, RO water. The interiors are good. Bathroom is fine. The disadvantage is they do not have restuarant you have to depend on food delivery apps. It is bit interior. Calm place near to Auxilium college. They do not complimentary breakfast too. Can choose this hotel for peaceful stay.
