I just wish to convey an incident that happened to me in this hotel. Recently I have booked for a single day stay at this hotel @ booking platform also I called them and get confirmation before booking. They explained me about the timing difference while booking in booking platforms. I agreed with that. I entered for check in 1hr earlier there they requested that no one vacated so pls come after 1hr. And I visited there for check in after 6.30hrs and then conveying that we don't recieved the amount from that particular platform so we can't able to provide u room. You need to pay us so that we can able to give u room. Their price was double the price which I already paid in that platform. I questioned them y don't u inform me about this earlier in call or today morning while I tried to check in they simply said we don't have your number. I asked them u have my reservation details and u r saying u don't have my number. I felt that for me something unusual is happening their. I spoken to customer care of that booking platform and got refund and inconvenience fee in terms of app points. And at last the attitude of the person in the reception is like pay us and check in or else leave this area.

Denied rooms after booking on the day of checkin saying we don't know despite physically confirming with them 1 month prior and on call also. Extremely rude staff. It was worse because it was a lady checkin in at 5am for a wedding and she was stranded at that hour without any other option also due to muhurtham day. Absolutely pathetic management and complete scam. Worst experience ever.

The room is a good size and there is a good restaurant connected to the hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast however, there was a limited variety. In the room we're many complimentary toiletries including good quality toothbrushes. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was large and comfortable. The bedding was clean and I good condition. The only problem for me was the Wifi. I stayed here 4 days and everyday I had to renew the password. Also, the wifi wasn't stable. One night I was hungry and asked the young lady at the front desk to order a pizza from Domino's, she happily did it. I would stay here again.

I stayed for two separate nights in Oct 15 in 4 bedded Executive Suite on different floor each time. Rooms and toilets were spacious and clean. Bed linen were fresh. Room service was prompt. In complimentary breakfast they served only South Indian food. The restaurant staff did not seem too enthusiastic in serving.The location of the hotel is a plus point. Though situated on main road, there was no disturbance from traffic inside the room. Free wifi was there but speed was very low. Overall a good bargain for the money I spent after the discount I got from Goibibo, though it might not be so for the original price

Its a decent hotel. The bed is quite comfortable. No single rooms are available though, only double bedrooms. The room has attached bathroom with all amenities provided for a short day. The breakfast is complimentary and is always from a South Indian menu. Usually pongal/upma, idli, poori masala, tomato and coconut chutney, sambar and vada. Tea/coffee is also available. The Tv provided in the room is quite large but doesn't come with a competent streaming/cable/dth service. The WiFi is too slow about 50kbps but is enough for chats. The rooms are well lit and well maintained. There was also this one time when the roof of the bathroom was leaking (room 112). Overall for a short stay it's a pretty decent hotel.

Had stayed 8 years back and it was great. This hotel is conveniently located less than half an hour from VIT/CMC/Fort/Sripuram. Double bed is 2000 per night without breakfast. Good hot water from Solar. It has parking for cars. AC works great. It is close to Bangalore/Chennai Highway. It has Sarvana Bhavan hotel on first floor, Aaryaas, Vellore Kitchen and many others nearby. There is a big Colors shopping mall next door. Problems: Some rooms have toilet pipes leaking, some have bad smell, Toilet seats fall off, intercom does not work, TV doesn't have cable subscription. Sofa on each floor is worn out. Water bottles on floor are very dirty. Overall, they have to spend a little on maintenance and can be a great hotel, it used to be!!!

Good hotel. Just opposite to the bus stand. Room option with two double beds is a welcome move for wedding groups staying. Rooms are huge and spacious. Very close to the city Centre and is just a stone's throw away from the bus stop and the ever gracious vellore Fort. Went and stayed with a group of friends and the stay was more than comfortable. Restaurant at the first floor. Friendly staff and great hospitality proved by the constant reminders to have breakfast. We also had a problem with the Air conditioning system (we were not able to control the temperature since the receiver was fault). We called the reception at almost 12 in the night and the response was immediate. There was a person who checked it and also fixed the same very quickly. Another person brought a new remote to the room and have it to us. Overall, a very pleasant stay to remember the visit to vellore.

The place has it's own goods like located near to the bus stand and hotels, etc. I didn't like the stay much as there were problems with the hot water in the room I stayed. Even after complaining the same no proper action was taken. When I mentioned that there was no hot 'water' coming, the incharge person says it's because of the clody siy the solar heater didn't worked. It's an old hotel done with some renovations which doesn't improve overall and look and feel, aesthetics. And also the towels they provided for use were not washed clean. There's more room to improve.
