Clouds Serviced Apartments

An ideal place for Parents of VIT students. Near to VIT. Nice stay with clean rooms and other amenities like WiFi, free pick up and drop. Breakfast was so delicious. Moreover PVR Inox is at a walkable distance. So u can plan a movie when u visit VIT.

I stayed for 8 days in this hotel. Overall had a good experience. There was just one unfortunate incident which spoiled my experience towards the end of my stay. You are allowed to do your cooking. They provide the basics like oil, salt etc. but for whatever reason the helper lady would hide the sugar. I don't drink milk tea, i drink black tea with honey. But I was looking for sugar to add to my son's horlicks. It happened for 2 days. 2nd day I realised they were hiding it intentionally. When I confronted them asking why are they hiding the sugar-they told me i have to buy it. If that be the case case they should have told me from the first day. I was going and buying grocery everyday. I would have bought sugar, salt, oil everything. Somebody used up 1 ltr of milk that I had kept in the fridge I didnt say anything thinking everybody is sharing everything. But for 2 tablespoon of sugar that I reqd for my son's milk they hid it, I was flabbergasted. This spoiled my whole exp.

Worth the price, neat and budget friendly. They will provide towel and other soap dental kit etc as in hotels. And free pickup and drop to railway station.

Nice staff, very helpful, arranged for slow charging my EV.

Cloud Service Apartment in Vellore offers an average experience. While the location is convenient, being within walking distance of VIT Vellore, the service itself is just okay. They charge extra for most services, including basic cleaning, which feels a bit excessive. Additionally, the rates here are higher compared to some larger hotels that offer more amenities. The only real advantage is the free pickup and drop-off from the railway station and VIT main entrance if you book directly with them. It's practical for proximity to VIT, but there are better value options available.

I have stayed for 2 days near INOX Tulasi apt of cloud service apartment katpadi near VIT Horrible exp broken shower jet spray, AC stop functing at night need to shift to another room at 11 pm. On new room there are lots of insects in hygiene pathetic exp. There is no proper drinking water all room . Baic facility are missing. I have paid for 1BHK and they have given us 1RK. Don't go very high charge but no worth the money.
