Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Behaviour Mr Mustak (Hotel Manager ) Dear Team I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel from April 13th to April 19th, 2025. Housekeeping Issues: During my 7-day stay, the bed sheets were changed only once. Despite informing the hotel manager, Mr. Mustak, multiple times, he stated that no bed sheets were available. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. Unprofessional Behaviour: When I mentioned that I would escalate the issue to property owner, Mr. Mustak became angry and threatened me. This kind of behaviour is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Room Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly during my stay. Additionally, while a TV was available, the remote was missing, and Mr. Mustak informed me that no remote was available in the hotel. Positive Note: On a positive note, I would like to commend Mr. Badsha for his polite, well-behaved, and cooperative attitude. He exemplifies the kind of customer service one expects in the hospitality industry. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and the unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Mustak. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. The money I pay at the hotel is not to tolerate the attitude or threats of the hotel manager, but to get service. Your hotel's image is deteriorating because of people like Mr. Mustaq who behave badly. Please be careful. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thanking you

Very bad experience,rooms are not clean, toilet fittings are faulty, not repaired even after repeated requests, full of mosquitos, no wifi, employees are not responsive, difficult to manage even one day stay

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating to us. The rooms were average , clean enough but not too great. Manageable for one night. The location is easily accessible. Very close to all the locations like vellore fort.

This was very worst hotel, I have ever stayed..Receptionist was very rude. Bathroom was not clean and window broken in bathroom. Not safe for ladies and families. No hot water in the morning time. Just money minded and no response if we book the rooms through any apps. No near by restaurant even for a coffee.

Good stay with new room,Only draw back is very less space and very low roof so feeling very hot

Really enjoyed the stay.. kind staffs.. rooms are very clean and clear... They have 24hrs check in , check out option. Thats very helpful for me... If you searching for stay only... This is the sureshot optionthank you

Hotel is good, suggest to change Toilet flush all other stuff are perfectly good

Clean bathrooms but no soaps, mosquito was also an issue
