First thing I liked is that the rooms were very maintained neatly. Second thing I liked is that the bedsheets , cupboard were very clean and third thing is that the tevelevision, A/C and geyser were working properly no problem in this and the location is on high way there are near by restaurant the location is perfect and we enjoyed a lot in Arihanth inn.

Actually, I booked two days through MMT and paid 2050 rupees per day but feels like bit high when I see their hospitalities. 1. There is no public transport access 2. There is no restaurant in walkable distance 3. There is no snacks shop or in the hotel 4. Night time in the service road difficult to walk. 5. Night time only one single staff but not helpful.

Good place to stay at vellore. Well maintained. Only problem is location which is not easily accessible by public transport. Staff are friendly, rooms are well maintained. Limited parking facility for four wheeler. Restaurant should be available at the hotel. Nearby there is no good restaurants have take an auto or cab to reach the restaurant which is not that much convenient for guests. Located on the one way and have take a long root to reach this place. We can have a pleasant stay at this place. Rooms should be sound proof as it's near to the highway creates lot of vehicle honking notice during night time.

Room size is too small. Bathroom size is such that you cannot take bath so plan accordingly. They don't clean the room once you check in. Bill is provided only on request, and that too when you have the attitude to tolerate their arrogance. |Extra towel or sheet is provided after lots of phone calls and request. The owner is of opportunistic mind, asked to cancel our booking which was done online and requested to book directly. Don't book this hotel rather book Cloud Service Apartment. Very nicely maintained, less price. Soap, shampoo, dental kit, comb is provided. Clean and big rooms. They have in house cook who prepares nice food

Excellent 24hrs service, clean rooms and toilets, polite management.

I have booked 8 double rooms and 3 triple rooms for 25pax to check-in on June 15th and check-out on June16th. This booking was made on 05th May which is 40days in advance with Rupees 5000/- as deposit payment. Balance payment I made on 14th June 2024 itself When my guests came to check-in on 15th the hotel manager given the keys only for 7 double rooms and 1 triple room. That is 3 rooms less for 8 pax. The Manager Mr. Fayaz was telling that there is over booking in the hotel as booking.com has taken the rooms. It is very unfair on the part of the hotel management to sell the same rooms twice for the same date. After strugling for 3 hours, the hotel manager provided a dormitory in another property for 4 persons. They don't even bothered to provide transport and we have to use our own transport. The remaining 4 person had to share the rooms with other guests. It was very tiresome for my guests after day long journey and they don't get the place for sleeping. Another manager of the hotel Mr. Babu was saying that the guests who checked-in the previous day refused to check-out. When we bring the matter to the owner of the hotel, he speak in a rude manner and saying that the pipes in the room are broken and hence we won't get the rooms what we booked. Whenever you book room in this hotel there is no guarantee that you will get your room upon arrival.

Closer to CMC , approximately 10 km far from VIT.no restaurants facility.there is no option to bring food without swiggy or some other hotel contact.otherwise the facilities good.24hr front desk facility. Venkatesh is a nice guy.
