1. Horrible rooms - absolutely no ventilation 2. Room service - pathetic 3. Too much noise at night. So you can't sleep. 4. No buffet breakfast. - they serve cold breakfast to your room. Overall - absolute waste of money. I regret staying here.

Located bang on the highway, the rooms are very quiet and non smoking ones are well insulated. Room size, air conditioning and hot water amenities are top notch. The room service is prompt. Only it opens at 7.30 rather late for filter coffee or milk tea, though there's a kettle with assorted pouches of milk powder tea coffee. Receptionist response and breakfast buffet can improve.

It had a good ambience. Room service was not that great. Hot water was supplied in buckets due to geyser problem. The receptionist knew nothing other than hindi so communication was difficult.

Terrible customer service - despite staying for five consecutive days, they refused a simple 2-hour room extension. They charge 45 rupees for water bottles and do not even provide complimentary ones daily. The male staff at the front desk is rude and arrogant. For parents: this hotel has significant mold and fungus issues due to ceiling and wall leaks. It's best to avoid staying here with kids to prevent potential allergies.

Very good staff. Breakfast area staff was very helpful. Food was really good. I just found bathroom little slippery

The location is great as it on the highway. Need to improve on room overall cleanliness. The hotel is above the Kailash parbhat restaurant so the breakfast they give vegetarian. The main issue I faced is the property has the feel of over used.

Well maintained rooms and located on the main highway road. Enjoyed our stay very much....

Some rooms are good and some are worse. There was fungi growth on cushions. Only once we pointed out, the management changed our room.
