Hotel Mahalakshmi

The hotel had a pervasive smoke smell throughout the premises, which was very unpleasant and concerning, especially since we had young children with us. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the odor was still noticeable and uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend for families looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay. The management needs to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I had very bad experience compared to staying in other Hotels. The service provided by the "Mahalakshmi hotel" was very pathetic. A, the room seemed very dirty and had a disgusting smell. B, there was no water bottle provided until you asked for it and no towels and soap were kept before occupying the room, No dental kits were provided, toilet taps were leaking, after asking several times then you get things done. ||||Hence, i would never wish to rate even one star to this hotel has it never seemed to be deserving just forced to rate it. ||please don't prefer to stay in this hotel to spoil Ur "Own Happiness"

1. No water bottle in any room , they are picking up water bottles which are used and throw , filling water and providing that .||2. The towels that are provided are very old and its very dirty , that too the towels will be provided only on request and they are not readily available in the room ||3. The bed spreads are very dirty and needs to changed ||4. extra person if any , even if the beds are not provided are charged a extra 300.||5. We did a bulk booking for the wedding and all my relatives were really unhappy with this place because of the above reason .||||they have also charged a extra 700 without any reason and we are currently in touch with them to get it refunded.

Room's were good nd clean.. AC nd water service was not up to the mark... Very average service from thr management. Pricing was high for the room's...

Room boy is always high ( bothai) . AC is continuously leaking. After the night, our room floor was full of water. Poor maintenance.

During peak wedding season we got room, room is good but old and needs repair. Good for one or two day stay only.

You have to improve room looks and need to maintain hygiene

Its a ok place to stay. Rooms look old. Has good parking space 6 to 7 car can be parked.
