Treebo Aptin

This was a stopover to our destination Pondicherry. Extremely grateful to Mr, Mathew for taking good care of us. The difference in language becomes quite troublesome when dealing with other services we needed and he sure went out of his way to help. They helped us figure out our way to the church and other whereabouts as well. The team working there also were well mannered, polite and well trained. The location is slightly away from the church area but that's what we wanted; a little quite. There's a river just behind the hotel which is absolutely beautiful. We got to see some jersey cows, goats and a few migratory birds ( April 9th 25 ). The breakfast is decent considering the amount you pay for the room. Ps the room has a living room a ensuite bathroom and a little balcony which is way more than we expected. Had a pleasant stay here. Apart from all features here, I think Mr. Mathew ads a non replaceable value to this place. Thank you for having us.

We booked 10 rooms for a function and this place really held up it's act. They were very courteous and the host was very friendly. They let us check out late and rooms were decent and the ac worked well. The breakfast and humble and homely. Will be staying there again. They can improve the sheets ans cleaning if possible.

We (me, my wife, son and daughter-in-law) stayed in two rooms of the Hotel Treebo Aptin a few days ago. (11th to 14th March 2025, four days). We had a very good experience there. Led by Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Sebastian from Kakkanadu /Kochi , Aromal and others provided a very positive experience from the moment we checked into the hotel. Manager Mr. Mathew's ( from Karukachal, Changanacherry ) gentle demeanor will charm anyone. It was a good experience. The hotel is on the side of the main road but a little away from the town and the Buselica. So it has a very peaceful atmosphere without any hustle and bustle. Very nice and spacious room with sufficient furniture. The room is divided into two. A nice seating area with separate AC for relaxing, watching TV etc. A spacious AC bedroom with very good amenities and a balcony. Between these two rooms is a corridor. To its left is a table ( with kettle, glasses, water bottle etc.) and a large cupboard. To the right is the toilet with heater. We met one of the owners of this hotel Mr. Shibi Mathew from Alwaye, a very decent and humble man. His eyes and ears are everywhere in the hotel. Value for money and customer friendly. Good looking rooms, nice breakfast and quick service by front desk. Parking it little difficult , but it is managed well by the hotel. It was totally unexpected pleasant stay experience for the money they charge. I highly recommend this place for families.

Great hotel considering Indian standards. Nice staff behaviour. Spacious, neat, and clean room with a kettle and drinking water. It would be better to add slippers. Also, the building and premises need maintenance. Located at Paravai, Nagapatinam-Vailankanni route. Recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aptin on 3rd and 4th of August ,and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless and well-stocked with amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to major attractions and transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and assistance with bookings, enhancing my overall experience.

I recently stayed at Treebo Aptin Hotel in Velankanni and had an excellent experience for the price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. However, the breakfast service could use some improvement, especially in terms of timing and flexibility. Adjusting the breakfast schedule to accommodate different guests' needs would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I highly recommend Treebo Aptin for its value, hygiene, and warm hospitality.

Staff were courteous, but the rooms were not clean and the linens were not fresh. Dirty doors and bathrooms.
