Santhosh Inn

We had booked this room for our family stay during our visit to Velankanni. The location is 4kms away from the church takes around 10mins. Parking place for cars is available at the stay. No shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms were air conditioned, clean and bed was big king size. Toilets were fine could be better. The staff were good and helpful. They will arrange autos if required. I would recommend this place only if you have your own car or willing to travel 4kms to church.

Rooms looks beautiful but lot of dust... I stayed in room no: 413 bathroom is not neat and clean too much water leaks are there looks like a bustand bathroom even bathroom door can be closed properly.No service at all.Area is quite just a 5 min drive to church

It is very important to book in advance, I paid for a double room with 1 extra bed for kids, paid around 3600/- on 26th Dec, on 30th Dec the price is 1600/-. Also I feel calling hotel directly is cheaper than booking on travel websites. It's a cozy and conveniently located place, just a short distance from the church. The staff is courteous. A major plus is the parking facility, and they even arrange for auto rides if you prefer not to drive. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, though it wasn't served hot as they source it from another restaurant due to the lack of an in-house kitchen. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on my next visit to Vellankani.

Hi All, Cant even give One star for any service and for the hotel but what to do had to give 1 star then only i can post my experiences Don't go with the name one of the worst and very worst hotel i have seen no proper cleaning. I will mention all the points which i have seen as i had gone with my Family and I have 3 yrs old baby also. 1. No power backup - staircase has no light if power is gone then you have to walk and come down with you phone light. 2. Charges for drinking water that too worst the name is companies but the water was like worst. 3. Bathroom cleaning OMG when i stepped inside it was sticky and slippery. No cleaning was done. 4. First floor in the corrido all beer bottles kept and weird small. 5. Power gone and when we told to On the DG and when opened the DG there was no battery only inside. 6. No proper Housekeep. 7. They charged 1900 per room but the room was like 200 rs worth very disappointed just with the name that is Hotel Santhosh Inn the hotel is straight opposite. 8. TV not working when ask that person says the pin has broken so it will not work. Just with over charging they are making fool of people. Plz don't ever go for this Hotel Santhosh Inn and mainly not safe for families. Very neat and clean rooms available, good service and treat friendly, Very large car parking place available, Hot water all time provided facility Good hotel clean and neat rooms Good service and price is affordable

Experienced a good stay and the owner was polite to answer the calls and arrange a room at the last moment.

1) Rooms were dirty. Bed seems to be broken. 2) Lots of mosquito and insects in the room. 3) Room service is pathetic. I have order for hot water twice but I guess the water evaporated on the way to room. 4) Toilet was dirty. Lizards and cockroach were enjoying in the washroom. Over all I guess the rooms was specially booked for mosquito, lizards & cockroach. We were just there in the room for their hospitality. If your are an insect lover please do visit.

Literally pathetic service.... won't recommend...ac will be there but no remote, tv will be there but no remote, water heater would be there, but won't work... waste of money...+4% for card payment is to the core
