All good. I have stayed with family of 7. Very comfort. But Kitchen usage charges are high, which was not informed us earlier. I requested for one time use that's for dinner, but still I have been charged 1000 for only Gas and 2 burner stove. Kitchen utensils 500 extra. Once we come there, it will be hard to go out to church. Very near to old church back gate. Overall, it's good.

Minimum rent with maximum facility provided. Spaces rooms and back side of temple Easy to go to velankkani temple. Food also okay. Guaranteed stay home

Self-contained apartments with functional air-conditioning. Though the interiors are good, surroundings are not very pleasant . People visiting Vellankani Shrine have better options closer to the Basilica. Even the road leading to this place is in bad shape.

Good place. Mr. Zakaria even though an elderly person is always on his feet helping the guests and seeing their comfort. Few advises 1. Please reduce the rate. It is very expensive 2. Kindly issue bills. No bill but you charge tax. 3. Please don't charge for water at least 2 bottles. 4. Please don't keep eatables and then give a surprise by billing. Very very expensive.

Mr Zakaria takes good care of place. The rooms are well cleaned and well maintained. He s available anytime a call away There is room at ground floor with ac and a common attached to the hall and then a kitchen There are 3 rooms on top. One room with master bedroom with attach restroom with ac One room outside master bedroom with double bed ( No AC) One separate room with and double bed. Perfect for 3 families or a big family. Excellent place.. highly recommended. Pls use auto for transport. Auto is a call away. There is not point in taking your car to church as there is huge traffic and parking is tedious and time consuming. Little secluded, peaceful and quiet. 1. Only 1 room has attached restroom and 1 common restroom. Other rooms if they had attached restroom would have been good. 2. Charge for 1500 just for using stove didn't make sense.. people can buy anything from swiggy . A nominal charge of 500 could have been better to make use of kitchen. It looked like deterrant to use. 3. Breakfast comes in packets , not very motivating. Maybe if it comes in a tiffin or vessels would be good. 4. A heating Oven is recommended to preheat . 5. Car park is one way and tedious. little adjustment required. Else no worries.

Rooms are good and staff is very helpful Worth the money they offered us.

I would NOT recommend this over priced villa for any family visiting Velankanni church. The location is very far from the church and the streets are very narrow for even commuting by car. The biggest draw back of the villa is that it has only 2 bathrooms. Very small and inconvenient rooms. No TV, dressing mirrors in any room. It is a 3 bed duplex house converted into 4 bedrooms. Ground floor has 1 bedroom and 1common toilet. The floor above has 3 bedrooms with only 1 room having attached toilet. The occupants of other 2 rooms have to go into this bed room to use toilet which is very very inconvenient. For the price of INR 12k for 8 bed villa we would expect a much bigger rooms with attached toilet in each room and basic amenities. Every thing is charged extra including water. One good thing is that it is a new construction.

I got a bad experience from the management. Iam a driver from kerala. The care taker of this villa didn't allow me to sleep. I haven't seen this type of mad person. So guys please don't go there anymore...
