OYO 47832 VPN Grand

Worst experience!!! We had to shift the room twice since the given room was unhygienic. The bedsheets were not changed and the curtains had dust on them very unpleasant experience and we would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the amount they charge. Poor services

+ Room is compact; adequate. |+ Hotel staff voluntarily come to clean the room, change the linen. |+ Hotel is walking distance to the Catholic Christian pilgrimage centre. ||- THIS HOTEL DOES NOT PROVIDE BOTTLED WATER; I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT'S AS PER INSTRUCTIONS OF THEIR MD.|- Not adjacent to the main road; but a couple of metres from it via a mud road. Note that mobile network coverage here is not good with Idea and Reliance Jio; it was satisfacory with Vodafone.|- This hotel states on Booking.com that they accept MasterCard and Visa; yet they did not have a card machine on site. I showed them what's stated and ensured that they brought the card machine from their sister concern VPN residency.|- Wardrobe size is not practical to hang clothes in; just one hanger is provided. |- No provision to hang clothes in the bathroom. Hot water flows only to the tap, not to the shower; so be prepared to use a mug to bathe if you're accustomed to a hot water shower / bath. |- Only one English channel. What's going on here?||Note (as of June 2017):|1. There are no laundries to wash and iron clothes; though there are many roadside stalls where clothes can be ironed. I assume that the hotel staff washed the clothes and subsequently got them ironed at one of the roadside stall.

One of India's worst hotel.I am a frequent traveler, staying at a variety of hotels in different nations. My family and I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel a few months ago After three hours of check-in, hotel workers pressured us to find another hotel because they said they cannot handle a few guests. We agreed to checkout after the long arguments, but they are not able to repay at least 20% not only the workers act really roudently and threaten to harass physically. I never recommend this hotel in my entire life.

I had booked this property on OYO for a 2 Nights stay for a Pilgrimage with my family for 6th & 7th September 2019 (festival time) @ 1940/- per night. After a long tiring 18 hrs travel from Goa by flight, metro and bus with my wife and small child I reached at the hotel and we were surprised to read the Notice at the entrance of the reception: 'ALL OYO ROOMS CLOSED. IF YOU ARE BOOKING OYO PLEASE CONTACT OYO CUSTOMER CARE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE'. We were denied out right accommodation. I logged into OYO and tried to chose the option to relocate at nearby OYO property but as it was the festival time, the nearby available property was 27.9 kms away and served no purpose for us. I contacted customer service of OYO but they too were helpless to relocate me in nearby hotels as all nearby OYO hotels were full. OYO apologized me and immediately refunded the money back into my account. I logged into other websites and tried to look for accommodation but could not find anything nearby (some 4/5 star properties were available @ exorbitant rates). Being new to this place it was a panic situation for us. After a tiring travel we were roaming with heavy bags from one hotel to another and from lodge to lodge to look for accommodation at noon time in the hot weather conditions. After a tiring search we finally found one Non-A/C accommodation nearby @ 2500/- per night.

Stayed here one night. The only advantage is its a bit near to the church and all. ||||Its overpriced for the room/service they are giving. No swiping machine (I was assured by the online site that there will card facility !!) Its not on the road side.. You have to walk on few meters on a muddy/smelly road where u can take a shower from AC of the nearer hotels !!! Room size is very small, and TV was not working !! I would suggest to avoid this hotel, unless u get it for 800-900 or less for 1 night. (I paid 1850/- !!!)

Worst place to stay VPN grand. Cramped entry not good for Cars. you ll get irritated for too much of rules.. Not worth for money.. cramped rooms..u ll get better hotels for that money... Cleanliness ok..location ok. but poor service. If u want to adjust a additional person or children in 2bed room.. u ll get irritated by staff .. Owner pure money minded.. They ll spoil ur pilgrimage mood.. Hotels at Pilgrimage should give some service more than money.. Golden sand rooms not nice but they give v gud service.. I booked VPN grand on first day then from next day mived to Golden sand...

I booked the room here via OYO and when I came to this hotel . They said they stopped tie up with oyo . They would not allow me to check in. Oyo is cheating customers. Do not book here and go through inconvenience of finding new place. I am yet to get refund for this . Oyo is a cheat . The hotel guys says they haven't been paid by oyo.

Best hotel to stay. Friendly staff and very responsive. Kept clean and tidy. Felt little costly may be for online booking. They seems to charge different for direct guests
