Lily Residency

I recently stayed at Lily Residency in Velankanni with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent--staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach, Church and other nearby attractions. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay, and I'd highly recommend Lily Residency for families visiting Velankanni. Special mention about the Manager Mr.Ganesh. He was kind, well behaved, well mannered and very helpful.

Lily Residency is the perfect place for a family stay. They prioritize security without compromise, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. During our stay, we received excellent service from the staff, who were attentive and welcoming. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, making our experience even better. If you are looking for a no-frills budget room at walkable distance from church and close to beach , Lily residency can be considered. The room is small and the bathroom is basic. There is no restaurant attached to the property , but there are some good veg and non veg eateries nearby . No parking space except right in front of the property on the road . The person who manages the property is helpful and responsive-but he does not stay in the property and goes off by 2000hrs. If you are looking to stay in comfort with parking space for a car, it would be better to look elsewhere.

Very poor service from the staff, who behaves very rude. I had a very bad experience with him personally as I had my friends from abroad for the first time in vailankanni. They felt threatened as the staff was fighting with us rudely and was about to hit me using foul language. Very worst experience and I would never ever suggest any one to opt this property. The owner of the property was very kind but because of the we had sleepless night afraid of his rude behaviour. I have never written any reviews for any hotels rather I complement directly. But this time I wanted to write just because we were hurt very badly.

Had a wonderful time at the place. It was an unforgettable experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars.
