Double bed with Ac and attached ath costs Rs 1500 a day. Many book check in from 6 Am to 5 Am. Few hotels treat 24 hrs from check in. Must confirm before booking.Upstairs open cloths drying area available. Some hotel rooms provide cooking facilities with utensils. Must check before booking. Morning if u go for beach walk you can buy fresh fish caught in kattumarans and can cook in room or enquire where they cook and give you. Rooms have options from Single bed to 20 or 40 with kitchen.

Worst service...they will change their words .. When we visit the hotel..they will allocate worst rooms which was not as per advance time deal.. Never suggest

This hotel is a decent choice for its proximity to Velankanni Church. However, it lacks exceptional features. The bathrooms are average, providing basic functionality but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it offers a satisfactory stay without any standout qualities.

Room Booked for stay on 29-AUG-2023 through makemytrip, but room not provided stating no vacancy after reaching the lodge early morning 5 AM. I kept calling post booking on their customer care number provided but no response. They didn't have the courtesy to inform prior they were overbooked. When I initially entered they asked 4500 for AC room but when I showed my booking, all they wanted is rent for more money Rs. 3000 for Double room non AC that too without receipt claiming it will be like that during peak days.

Worst and pathetic rooms. No privacy, if somebody come for room booking they don't mind knocking your door to show the room. Even if ladies stays also they don't mind knocking it. It happened for our family ladies. No water heater, stains in all bed cover and bed sheet, stinking room. They will change room rates when they feel like. No constant price on room rates. We have good hotels even star category hotels charge same price. Please be more cautious before booking and also it's not near and bathroom horrible one. I could notice room guest were unhappy and angry on these ppl when I stayed due to no other option since payment made we all struck. There are lot of rooms available with better option just explore.

Worst room I have experienced the room is bad and not clean properly the a/c is damaged and it is not cooling properly.i had complaint that the the a/c is not cooling properly but they told us u have kept a/c at 16 degc this why it is not working properly and the bathroom is too small and the shower is broken and they don't have hot water to have bath worste experience and they don't do the maintenance of the room.i rather to not stay at this hotel.thank your

very very poor service and cheater i booked online by my booking it shows 24000 for 3 days for 5 room when i reach there owner Deny and ask for 6000 more for commission i had to pay i as i was with family. manager was rude and drunker i suggest not to go at this place.

We booked a room in K P N Karthi Residency and paid advance by Google pay. We reached there on time and asked for the room, the manager told all rooms are full. This is clear cheating, so keep in mind that K P N Karthi Residency is not reliable. Because of higher demand on certain days, they might have given the room for higher rent. Only indecent people can adopt this type of practice.
