Hotel VPN Residency

I recently stayed with my family at this hotel in Velankanni and was impressed by how well-maintained the rooms were. The cleanliness and overall upkeep made for a comfortable environment. However, the beds were quite old and cranky, which affected the sleep quality. On a positive note, the staff were very polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We booked 1 double and 1 triple sharing rooms and the prices are 2500 and 3200. I heard the working staff was saying for this much money you can get much value stay in other hotels. The rooms were very old, same goes with the bed, pillow, furnitures etc. Rooms were very clean, service was decent. Hotel food was also decent, can't complain about it. The only positive thing is the location, very near to the churches.

Sufficient space for car parking. Well mannered staffs. Lift is available. Clean rooms: Clean bedsheets, pillows, blankets, toilet with clean towels and tissues. Food is available in the same hotel, tasty however felt slightly expensive. Overall good hospitality.

A good hotel very close to the vellankanni church. Not at all expensive. Value for money. The food there was great. The complementary breakfast was really good

The rooms are too old and the service is not so good!! The prices are high for that rooms and the pic in online is completely different pls go check the rooms and get checked in.. I got washed away in pic and paid the amount but the rooms were too old and there was too much old smell in room.. even the bed and pillows were too old

Worst hotel. They charge high cost. They try to make it look like star hotel from outside but it's like a typical lodge rooms inside. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. They charge cost as same as other reputed hotels nearby but provides worst rooms and service. Will never book here.

Very bad service; staff, including the marketing manager, also don't know how to deal with customers; very rude behavior. Also, the rooms were not cleaned properly; we feel like the room was closed for a long time. The room was very dusty. bathroom was also not cleaned. There were used tissues in the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was just to say "breakfast is complementary." we had ordered a bottle of water and they didn't deliver that.Overall, the things were very unpleasant. We don't suggest this hotel for anyone.
