Hotel Queen's Inn

Good Hotel and good services. Special thanks to Ms. Nancy for assist in reservation and provide us good rooms as well. We stay here 17th - 18th March 2025, 2nights 2025, for sure we will stay here again. Very near to famous Church and very near to tourist attraction also. Thank You from Simyy Travels

The room was only partially clean, with noticeable dirt and holes on the bedsheet. It appeared that the bed cover and sheets hadn't been washed, and both the sheet and pillowcases were wrinkled. The air conditioner was not blowing cool air. However, the bathroom was clean. Please make sure to clean the bedsheet and cover. If they're in poor condition, replace them with new ones.

|When I walked into the room, I was greeted by unwashed sheets and pillow covers. A quick call to the staff got me clean ones--but sadly, that's where the wins ended.||The room itself? Straight out of a horror movie. Peeling walls, moldy pillows, and broken plumbing made it feel like I had checked into a haunted house. My "view" upon opening the door? A broken ceiling with a bucket catching rainwater. (At least the bucket wasn't inside my room... small mercies.)||The AC was particularly innovative--moss was growing out of it. Who needs a green wall when you have a green AC?||Food was the only saving grace. It tasted good... when it eventually arrived. Two rotis and a veg kurma took over an hour--so long we joked it might be breakfast instead of dinner.||The staff, bless their hearts, were polite, hardworking, and doing their best under impossible circumstances. It's a management issue, not their fault. If the staff were running things, this place might stand a chance.||One star, entirely for the staff. Management, please take notes--or at least take a good look at the moss-covered AC. I have got the pictures to prove it!

A nice hotel but unfortunately the toilet needs to be cleaned properly. There is wear and tear and needs constant upkeep. For eg. the dustbin in the toilet not functioning and cry dirty, needs to be replaced. The breakfast was very nice but on Sunday staff is only one. No spoons and cups for coffee.

Poor room service. Used to be a good hotel. Now lost its charm. AC takes long time to cool. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Extension phone not working

I stayed along with some of the Japanese who came to visit Velankanni church. "The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you have your own transportation. I would see the management is taking enough effort to fulfill the requirements of the visitors. The room is so clean, increasing our expectations of bathroom to be the same but little disappointment but not worst. I want to come again.

If service is your priority then go ahead and book this place. We were a group of 17 people ranging from 2 year old to 65+. Appreciate the attention and service, special mention to Mr Suleiman and Mr Ramadas for going out of the way and helping us out. Kids loved their time in swimming pool. The elders enjoyed sitting out under the trees and the young loved their coffee!

For business travel and pleasure trip around Nagapattinam and Velankanni, this place is the best . The staff here is service oriented. They understand and serve guest needs very well. We arrived late but hungry at about 15.15. They arranged food for us and we enjoyed a sumptuous tasty meal. Rooms are well appointed, good and spacious. Will prefer to go back anytime I am at Nagapattinam.
