Hotel Paradise

I have stayed here twice. There are two types of rooms. The 2,000 room was on the second floor, and it was good. I stayed there during Christmas 2023. Another time, I stayed in a 1,500 room in January 2025. The room was alright but not that great; the washroom was very old, though the AC was working. The staff were alright, but they could be a bit more polite. I also tried their veg meal, which was good.

It's close to the main church and the beach is accessible by a bit of a walk. Overall a good place to stay for a family.

Have visited many times before and rooms are pretty decent. But booking in advance is a problem here. If u visit regularly then they accept ur advance booking as many book and don't come. Resturant is a good one. Food is tasty but limited seating area and AC is not switched ON.

Visited this place with my family and had worst experience. The server here are pathetic. They literally have their whole hand inside the glass and serve. When asked for a plate, the server is giving a plate that was served to others. Most of these are paid reviews. Don't fall for it.

This is our go to hotel to stay during our velankanni visit. Biggest plus points of the hotel were it's located near main shrine as well as the beach. Has their own resturant and parking lot. And more importantly the elevator available. Staffs are responsible. We usually have our breakfast in their hotel. It was affordable and taste is good. After all these, we have had issues with few of the things. First one is AC was not working, since we visited in the winter season, we didn't need the AC. But we paid for it. Second one is restrooms lock were stuck/hard to use. In the morning, After we returned from the church visits, the bed sheets wer filled with ants. Hope these things will be corrected in the next time.

I have been going to this place since 2016 and the rooms and price is reasonable till now comparing other hotels in Velankanni and the restaurant is also good

Worst service, table service and food providing is worst also parcel servicing is very worst and so delaying in providing food and parcel...they take more then 1 hours for us and other customers. In my lifetime worst hotel I have seen ever

I am not the one who would write reviews BUT THIS ONE I couldn't resist...A class of its own as the name suggests PARADISE, I stayed just a week ago.The nature, Temperament, Hospitality and Food was mind blowing.... The staff ABRAHAM,ABINAV,AROGYA,KUMAR and SELVUM were at his best. Abraham is the best man managing the hotel Quick and Responsive...no complaints and if he has any should be null and void. Very down to earth and ready at your service... I must say the STAY SHOULD BE A STAY IN PARADISE... THANK YOU ALL.
