HOTEL LULU PARK

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the unsatisfactory experience I encountered as a guest at your establishment during my recent visit to Velankanni. As a traveler, I held certain expectations that were regrettably not met. The attitude displayed by the owner was unacceptable, characterized by an undue emphasis on monetary concerns while neglecting essential aspects of service and maintenance. Several amenities were malfunctioning, which significantly detracted from the quality of my stay. The level of customer service provided was notably poor, and it regrettably spoiled our visit to Velankanni, necessitating our premature departure. Consequently, I cannot recommend your establishment to other travelers in the future

My stay at this hotel was awful. The room was filthy--dirt and hair were shoved under the cot, the pillows were black with dirt under the covers, the TV didn't work, the AC barely cooled, and the bathroom was unhygienic. Worse, my car was damaged in their parking lot by the owner's kids playing around it, and they didn't take responsibility. The caretaker insists on 'helping' then demands excessive money afterward. The owner is greedy, overcharging for dirty rooms while better, cleaner options are available nearby. Definitely not recommended.

We booked oyo room by makemytrip but when we reach there they hesitate to give room.They told they didn't receive the payment. After lot of arguments they give room in third floor without ac, though we booked ac rooms. Also the bathrooms are in very pathetic condition, no door lock, flush is not working etc. Please don't choose this option for your stay in velankanni

Very unclean bathrooms Unclean bedsheets. No bed spreads No soaps towels. Very dirty foot mats Definitely not as per oyo standards PLease don't go.

Rooms available on three floors.500,800 etc for rooms.you have to take riding machine to take a dine .once you opens a door untime killer mosquito disturbs you.so please don't do it.bhot water ok new installation of renewable system.

Unhygienic rooms and toilets. Very bad response from the staff and owner. Room rent compare to the standard hotels in Velankanni are same. Strongly recommend that, not to stay in this hotel.

Very worst hotel. They are listed in Oyo. So I booked a room and when I reached there they told me that there is no room for the Oyo listed rate. They are asking for higher rates. Complete cheating. Such hotels must have to be removed from Oyo.
