DON'T EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE! Visited Velankanni with Family. All the Hotels nearby are full so we have to check in here. SERVICE - 0 There is no room boy service at all. They won't even answer your call because telephone is connected to their another hotel Green Land. ROOMS - 0 Rooms are very small and congested. Bed, bedsheets are not clean. I doubt they won't even change those I guess. Bathrooms & HOT WATER- 0 They are not clean and old. Bathroom tiles also are not CLEAN. Hot water timings are delay for us like 11AM. Ask the timings before check in. They will lie don't fall for those lies(saying hotel under renovation). PARKING They have parking place away from the hotel. Walkable distance. Miscellaneous They won't even give you A/C Remote. They will set the temperature as per request. They even charge 100 Rupee Extra for room service but there is no such service available. Overall Experience WROST AND I WON'T EVEN BOOK OR CHECK IN AGAIN HERE.
