Stay at reasonable cost. Walkable distance to vellankanni Church

The experience was kinda OK But the rooms are unhygienic, the bed sheets were dirty, and the walls had boogers on them , there was a TV which didn't play,anything but free channels. The rooms were the same.and the food is soo priced. Like 80 for bread omelette. The charging outlets didn't work, we had to use one outlet for 4 members.but if you're looking for a 1 night stay , it's good. The view is actually good. But the hotel service landlines doesn't work,all,the time. I tried calling at 10' o clock, but they didn't pick up. And the curtains were soo soo pretty and aesthetic. The ac sometimes doesn't work , so we had to call room service to fix it.

Worst behavior by the reception person We were charged for AC room, but ac did not work ..even after complaining at night till 12 o clock, it wasn't rectified.. But amount wasn't deducted , charged for same ac room during check out. Reception person spoke harshly even after telling this politely... Rooms were given uncleaned with bear bottles ,dust, without dustbin, without buckets, blocked wash basins.... Breakfast was ok, but charges were high,limited menu, old chutney, old wheat dough... Family people don't fall prey for less room ac charges, you will get non ac rooms only.

It's a budget hotel, good for staying with family, the staff is very cooperative

Walkable distance from the Main church is the best thing, affordable price for AC rooms, comfortable rooms, house keeping service is below average, bathrooms are not much hygiene, there's more dusts are seen in TV stand and Bed. Otherwise good.

The hotel room was good, but not great. Food was also better than other hotels nearby. Person the reception was too good and polite. Serving was fantastic. I really enjoyed staying there.

Economic stay for Family in AC /Non AC segments. Good restaurant available within building itself. Rooms has to be well maintained for giving good, hygienic and peaceful stay for the customers.
