Grace Park

My stay at Grace park Hotel in Velankanni was extremely disappointing. The rooms were filthy, with dirty bathrooms, unchanged bed sheets, and stains everywhere. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, often ignoring complaints and barging into rooms without knocking. There was no proper room service or daily cleaning, and basic amenities like hot water and functional AC were often missing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay (Velankanni Shrine)

The toilet keeps getting blocked everyday the fan is very slow and the room stinks and not clean bed sheets and if we complain the owner put the blame stating he has never had these issues earlier and the servant tells that this is happening everyday. The TV won't work and for 4 days we stayed and no-one came to clean the room or change the bed sheet overall a very bad choice. Recommend not to go there try somewhere else.

Good stay and affordable price. Customer service is too good. Very good one.
