Galaxy Beach Residency - Hotels in Velankanni

Good n budget friendly place....but lil long walk from church ..but close to the beach with nice view

We rented 10 rooms here and stayed for 2 days. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The property location is amazing, with a church, beach, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. The rooms were excellent and did not exceed our budget. Some of the rooms have a view of the sea :) We cooked our own food in the hotel kitchen, and the caretakers Hari and the owner Mr Raj were quite helpful with the arrangements.... The only negative is that you will have to park your vehicles a few blocks away....but it was very manageable. We didn't even bring our cars because everything was accessible and nearby.

During yearly festival these people will give room for goa people.. Even though they we have checked three months before shamelessly they will lie to their own state people... Cheap money looters...

If you want rooms near beach with budget friendly, my first prefer is Galaxy beach Residency. Rooms are Good, It was amazing trip for us. We are booked 5 rooms on weekend. Budget friendly. Sea view in some rooms and it was wonderful. House keeping is good. Staffs are polite and gentle. Really enjoyed. Don't miss it.

Clean rooms with good water facilityand the rooms feel more comfortable

Rooms are good but one of the worst useless customer service. Those people work in the reception behave like a rowdies. We have booked room from Thursday to Saturday afternoon, the guy in the reception accepted for vacating on Saturday afternoon later after 2 hours he said Saturday half day we can't give it for free i said as i was sleepless the last night. Then we said ok for half day we will give extra 1000 and vacate the room by Saturday 2pm but now these money minded reception guys saying to pay the whole day money and behave like a rowdies. Such a worst experience now age old people in the family or standing in the road for room... velakani matha place is for peace but these guys are heartless people. Please don't stay here rather go with other stays. Changing the words by there wish and behaving as if pushing out of the room Not even a single star is worst it !!!!!

Pathetic service, these are cheators....we booked in advance for annual feast for last 3 days and also got the receipt for it on our WhatsApp.....in our receipt the time mentioned was 1pm for check out but these people started for checkout from 12pm...the reason to givee this service is when we checked in the person name Bhavnesh told us 28000 but when we should him the receipt he tone changed......so guys be preapred for this fraud.........literally pathetic service from last 10 yrs we ate visiting Velankanni but never got this kind of service .....due to shortage of hotels stay we had to stay here.....My advice is dont trust this people....there are many options available now....even after prior booking done then too this service and attitude....what will happen if we book on the same day just imagine..... A big zero 0000000 for them ........its Google who wants to give 1 star...
