Anugraha Beach Residency

This has been my 3rd stay at Anugraha Beach Residency. Right from our booking query till the check out, the hospitality and customer service was 5/5. We enjoyed our stay. They specially helped me arranging the birthday cake for my husband. The rooms were clean and very close to the main shrine. The room tariff very reasonable. I always recommend this place to my friends n family.

From the moment I arrived at Anugraha Beach Residency, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.Being so close to the church, we have a wonderful view from the room at night. It's incredibly relaxing and peaceful, especially for my son, who enjoys it immensely. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay truly special. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Even they are ready to provide Induction Cooktop at free of cost on request basis. Much more to be added.

The rooms were very near to the Chruch. Also the service boys did their work really well at the time we wanted to. We had a good stay there.

We had a 1 day trip to Velankanni last Sunday(09-FEB-2025). We booked 2 AC rooms in 3rd floor just for Sunday. The lodge owner Mr. Rajkumar provided a very competitive pricing for AC rooms even for a single day stay and that's just the start. There were only positive experiences going forward. We reached the lodge around 5:00 AM and the manager and helpers were all ready to shift our luggage to our rooms. The check-in process was hassle free as they had already received prior information regarding the booking. The rooms were truly clean. The room maintenance had been done diligently. No foul odor at all.. . The first impression itself was very satisfying. The hospitality was very good. Helpers were available to purchase any quick needs from nearby shops. The location of the lodge is very close to the main shrine. It's just a matter of 2~4minutes walk. The lodge has a beautiful view of the main shrine as well as the beach and the sea breeze was something my kids really enjoyed. Finally, the check-out process was very smooth. No hidden charges. No last minute surprises. They charged exactly what Mr. Rajkumar had confirmed over email during booking. Very genuine. Overall, this is lodge is percent value for money..!! Absolutely loved it..!!

Room is neat and clean Located near to church and tonsure centre Would prefer to stay whenever travelling to Velankanni Church view and sea view are awesome
