Always prefer staying here as it is close to the church as well the people there are good. Have stayed here more than 4 times.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, though compact, have all the necessary facilities. Since we were on a budget, we opted for the Non-AC rooms, which are cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel provides hot water from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Mr. Keshav at the counter was very pleasant and ensured our stay was comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning staff for maintaining the hotel's cleanliness. The hotel also has a lift, operated with an access card, and is within walking distance of the Main Vellankani church. Additionally, there is a kitchen available for cooking.

"I had a truly unpleasant stay at this hotel. All over the room there were cockroaches, on the bed, below the mattress, in the cupboard, in the commode and behind the dressing mirror. When we reported the issue to the hotel staff, they were unresponsive and seemed unconcerned. They merely sprayed a chemical substance that was ineffective in eliminating the pests. There was no seat cover on the commode in our room and nor did anyone come and put it even though we were constantly telling them. Overall, it is a very unhygienic place to stay.

Very worst hotel, owner and room service boy behaviour were worst not even they provide drinking water, weekend they getting extra charges.locks were not available in bathroom. Not clean bed they provides. Smell were also not good.

Average hotel if your priority is attending the church and going back to hotel. Food is not served here and the way to go to the hotel is in a small lain. The rooms are small and compact. They don't give any soaps, shampoo etc. Cleaning of the rooms dosnt happen daily but on request. The hotel provides free wifi and once in the hotel room you will not receive mobile signals. Over all 'ok' place!

Worst Experience in this hotel, No clean bed sheets No Hot water No proper maintaince of lift. No towel, soap etc TV not working No proper room services.

Worst hotel i've ever been to. I highly recommend not to go to this hotel ever. Very small rooms. Bedsheets are dirty. The bathrooms are not clean. The reception people are very rude. They just take money and dont do their work. Every day you have to call them to clean the room and even after calling them they dont come to clean and when they finally show up they ask money to clean the room. We had lost the lift scanning id and the reception person took 500rs from us. They are blindly looting people in this hotel. Pathetic hotel with pathetic services.

Rooms are clean and very well maintained... Seperate wash basin is provided outside the bathroom AC is super fast cooling.. staffs are well briefed if we require anything they make sure it's get done.. floor passage is nice and clean with a beautiful yellow light which gives a good ambience... card is provided to enter into the lift that shows a good security features no outsiders can enter the building easily... Highly recommended with reasonable price
