A heartfelt review, though a bit delayed! We stayed at this hotel on December 13th, during a time when a heavy cyclone and red alert were in place. A friend had recommended this place, and we were visiting the nearby temple. We checked in on the evening of the first day and left early the next morning for the temple. By the time we returned, breakfast was already over. We were a bit disappointed as we received no proper response from the reception. We were preparing to return to Chennai in the heavy rain, feeling quite let down. However, the hotel owner stepped in immediately after learning about our experience. He insisted that we shouldn't leave on an empty stomach and personally arranged for the chef to prepare a special breakfast for us. This gesture truly touched us--he treated us with such warmth and care. Due to the cyclone, the Thoothukudi route was closed, and the owner guided us with an alternate route. He even called us multiple times along the way to ensure we were safe and checked in again once we reached home. The overall experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Honestly, it's rare to find this level of hospitality and personal care, especially in a hotel near a temple. Highly recommended!

Dear sir, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the lunch I had at ur restaurant on 3.5.25.Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations and was quite disappointing. Specifically: The food quality was poor - The service was slow and inattentive -it took over 1 hour to receive .Tandoori chicken was raw For a hotel of your standing, I found this unacceptable. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure improvements are made. I would appreciate a response and any steps you plan to take.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent two-day stay at your hotel. Despite repeated requests, towels were not provided in a timely manner. On the first day, we waited nearly two hours for towels, and even then, I had to go directly to the housekeeping team to get one. On the second day, the experience was even worse--I called the reception four to five times, and instead of towels, I was given a bathmat and told to use that instead. I find this completely unacceptable. Even during room cleaning, towels were not placed in the room. I was paying 3,000 per day, and this level of service is not at all acceptable. I should not have to chase down basic amenities like towels during my stay.
here is nothing noteworthy about this hotel. The overall property looked nice. The children play area is very good. The rooms were adequate, bathroom smelled funny, no fridge in our room (other rooms had one) and there was no dead lock on our door. The food was okish. Everything they made had less salt and nothing buffet was hot (even after just a few mins after they open). But the biggest gripe is the overall service. Room service folks were curt, restaurant folks were condescending and acted mighty (when asked if the Vada can be hot, the response was, it's a buffet and it will be this way only) etc. Overall I'll stay if it's just to sleep and get ready but if you are planning to chill with family and friends I'll look elsewhere.
Good resort to stay near Tiruchendur temple with AC charger for EV vehicle.. EV charging incharge staff communicates politely every time we confirm the location & charging status. Children's play area is really nice..
Room is very small. Poor Service. No Nearby Restaurants. Not worth for the Room charges. Reception staff are not attendive. Toilet are not maintained properly.Toilet Tiles are soiled by salt deposit stains.
I went for a lunch there on last week. The restaurant was neat and clean. They offered my some special items. But as usual my daughters are in fond of briyani. Later they served chicken pulavo. It was nice. The garden was maintained well. The price is affordable and the waiter service is remarkable. I feel good and it is a right place to go with family.
I stay here thrice a year to visit Tiruchendur Murugan temple.Individual cottage ,a coconut farm opposite to this property makes this even more serene. Staffs are friendly, food is excellent but slightly expensive, quality needs to be appreciated though.
