This is one of the best worst places I have ever had been. They don't no the meaning of higine. Rooms were dirty, ac was damaged. Beer bottles thrown away in the passages. Have stayed forcefully as we didn't get any other rooms and traveled from very long. Who ever is given high rating reviews, pls question yourself.

Value for money option. Discovered due to the situation where I was not to visit the office in the entire trip and due to multiple reasons like ongoing international expo etc, key hotels were booked. First time there was issue to locate the hotel but despite reaching really late night, check in and entry was smooth. Setting of the room was sort of Serviced apartment with kettle and tea/ coffe maker with pouches of sugar/ milk powder/ tea/ coffee sachets. Breakfast was at rooftop, limited options but flavour was good.

The room is pretty nice. Although a little small, it is well maintained. The service was a little slow though. The staff was courteous and polite. I found the room to be very home like. Having only one small duct makes it harder to cool the room though . The place is nice and quiet. The washroom is too small but it's all value for money.

It's a good place, comes within the budget (generally) nice and silent surrounding. Kind and polite staffs, helpful too . Modest rooms, well maintained and it was clean . Not sure about the food they serve, as I stayed just for a day and my stay didn't include food. There are lot of small food stalls, road side restaurants and mess kinda hotels available in a walkable distance or there are always couple of food delivery partners getting you food from various restaurants in and around the area . In a walkable distance, you get Chennai metro Guindy station and a marketplace too nearby. Easy access to nearby IT park (DLF, I suppose)( only by "Hire"Autos or any call taxi services as there are no buses from this place) at affordable taxi rates. Only drawback is, it's little far from main roads and was little hard to find it. P.S: I stayed here in the month of March 2019.

Cleanliness and other amenities inside the room was good. But we have many other factors reducing the overall experience of the guest. This includes the location of the residence which is quite complex to reach from main road. Another factor is the ambience of the residence can be improved better along with amenities like lift.

One of the best economic hotel in Chennai. You will get very luxurious rooms with a cheap price tag. The AC room I took had a visitor's room section with sofa sets, a kitchen portion with microwave and sink, and a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a television with an attatched neat toilet and bathroom at a cost of just 1000 per day. Customer service is also very good here. You will get food delivered to your room from a nearby restaurant if you ordered by phone and marked your room number.

Hotel interior was very good. They provided one BHK apartment with amenities oven, dryer, sofa set, dining table. Location is very poor, 1km inside from main road. Bed bugs frequently roam in the room. Mosquito can be seen in every nook corner. Room service is average. They don't respond immediately. AC is fix, cant be changed by self. No remote available. This hotel is worth only below 1000. They provided two pieces of idli in breakfast.

Decent hotel to stay with family and friends. Restaurant facility should have been better. Accessibility is there to reach central bus station, railway station, Chennai international airport. I suggest this one for a quick stay like 1-2 days
