Visited this beautiful property last week and it was amazing experience. Situated near Serenity beach, the view is amazing. Very well maintained and service was excellent. Breakfast buffet spread was good and tasty. We had lunch once and it was also very tasty. Veg and Non veg is cooked separately which is a good thing. The pool, rooms and the whole property is very well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful especially the chef. You can rent two wheelers by simply informing in the reception as they have a very good contact for these things. Definitely recommended for small/ large group of friends or family.

Awesome resort, spacious, beach front, fantastic rooms and service. Especially wifi, TV with Netflix, prime video, hotstar premium accounts and swimming pool nearly maintained. Only thing is the restaurant within the resort dont prepare all the items listed in the menu card. Can't find non-veg starters not even biriyani. However one can get all sea foods deliciously done at the sea shore shops within meters from the resort.
Palm Paradise Beach Resort in Pondicherry is a beachfront getaway that offers a mix of relaxation and adventure. Located right on Serenity Beach, it provides guests with stunning sea views and easy access to the shore. The resort features comfortable accommodations, including air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, and some rooms even come with balconies overlooking the ocean.
Palm Paradise Beach Resort Review We recently stayed for 2 nights at Palm Paradise Beach Resort, located near Pondicherry but technically in Tamil Nadu. The stay was peaceful and relaxing, with the serene ambiance adding to the experience. The in-house restaurant serves tasty food with a decent variety of options, reasonably priced and the staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities, though nothing luxurious. The swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip. One thing to note is that since the resort is in Tamil Nadu, if you're planning to explore Pondicherry using cabs, you'll need to pay intercity charges, which can slightly add to your expenses. The beach is very close by, but direct access is restricted and not very clean-- something to keep in mind. Overall, it's a pleasant stay option, though the pricing feels slightly on the higher side compared to the amenities offered.
The positive side of the property are straight view of the beach, clean rooms and bathrooms, swimming pool, lawn and the location. Breakfast spread was decent and taste was also good. On the other hand, we tried non veg for lunch and felt disappointed because fish, prawn and chicken were smelly and not fresh. Finally I would suggest this place for stay and complimentary bf and for the view but not as a place for some good dishes. Good luck!
We recently stayed here with family and a kid. The location is great for sunrise. The food was excellent such that my family wanted to eat only in this hotel throughout the stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to the head chef for getting fresh fish for us everyday. This place is great for your next trip to pondi.
The place is very next to the beach. And the room as they mention is NOT A SEA VIEW ROOM. only from the corridor we can see the room. It's can be change to garden view room/stay. The staff were very friendly and they have restaurant too. But the breakfast which we had was good and lunch we had was OK only. Have to improve in it . Packing is available and room were clean
Pros:|- The location works. Hop skip and jump from the beach.|- The view of the beach from the balcony is pretty clear.|- The pool was decently maintained, we also had a private pool but wasn't functional because of the recent cyclone (so can't hold it against them)|- The breakfast is decent. Nothing great, but good enough if you're okay with the standard south indian fare.||Cons:|- Lack of communication. The staff would be absent from the main desk at times. The phones in our rooms were non functional, so mostly ended up having to scout out and find someone.|- The 1BHK has the bedroom on top and the bathroom below. Was a bit of a pain for my older parents, who had to climb down every time they needed to open the door or use the washroom. So bear in mind.|- No drinking water supply, apart from the one complementary bottle of water. This felt rather odd, cause we were asked to purchase bottles from the pantry when required. Never experienced this at a hotel/resort ever.|- The entry to the resort is one narrow road. So going via a four wheeler would result in a lot of reversing and letting others go or navigating through slim lanes. If you're up for some driving practice, then look no further. (In their defence: this would effectively apply to almost all of the beach resorts there.)|- We had to pay through our nose, because we went around christmas time. A sub 4.5k per night is what I'd be okay with paying post having experiences.|- The bathtub in the 1BHK is made of cement, which has a propensity to developing mould. Not at all alluring.
